¡Tortilla de Plátano!

<div class="text-justify">Esta vez les traigo un platillo muy rápido y fácil, a la vez muy nutritivo. Estimados saludos, les muestro como hacer una suculenta "tortilla de plátano", agregué otros ingredientes y un buen sofrito. ¡Espero les guste!, saludos.</div><br/>

# INGREDIENTES:
- 1 plátano maduro, 2 huevos, 1 ají, 1 pimentón pequeño, 1 ramita de cebollín, sal al gusto, aceite para freír.

# PREPARACIÓN:
- Cortamos finamente la cebolla y sofreímos primeramente en un sartén con aceite.
- Picamos los demás ingredientes, añadimos a la cebolla, mezclamos y seguimos sofriendo.
- Cortamos el plátano en ruedas y agregamos.
- En una taza agregamos los huevos batimos bien, añadimos sal al gusto y agregamos a los 5 minutos al sartén.
- Volteamos a los 5 minutos y terminamos de lado a lado. 
- ¡BUEN PROVECHO!
