<div class="text-justify">Saludos amigos de Steemit, es hora del almuerzo y ¡tengo visitas!, me quedan "2 salchichas y algo de vermicelli" y me vino a la mente esta receta que siempre he querido hacer y se que a mis 2 sobrinos les encanta las salchichas.</div><br/>

# INGREDIENTES:

- Para esta receta utilizaremos 2 salchichas, 1 ají rojo, 4 ajíes amarillos, 1 pimentón rojo, 1 zanahoria pequeña, 2 dientes de ajo, 1/4 de kilo de vermicelli, 1 ramita de cebollino.

# PREPARACIÓN:

- Picamos los aliños finamente, y rallamos la zanahoria, sofreímos todo.
- Cortamos en ruedas las salchichas e introducimos los vermicelli a través de las salchichas, concluido el proceso, cocinamos por 10 minutos y agregamos el sofrito.
- ¡Y listo!.
- Vean esta manera diferente de vermicelli, también pueden acompañar con queso, y los mas atrevidos con mayonesa¡¡
