Betterlife with Steem | the diarygame : 11th/11/2021 - My thursday

I slept well last night and woke up today strong and sound. Yesterday's workout worked well. 😊 I am glad i slept like a baby.👶

Though this day has been a boring one. I did not do any physical workout. 😔 I had a lot of body pain due to yesterday's intense workout. I must have over strained my body yesterday while at the gym. I over pumped my body muscles with lots of weights at the gym. It had been a long while since i lifted any weights.

My legs have been also aching the whole day and the pain has been due to the intense running 🏃 i did on the treadmill. Can you imagine, i ran 5km on a manually set speed of 10 and in a period of 30 minutes!!! That was so intense 🤔.

You should have seen me that moment, my whole body and clothes were wetted by the sweat. Hehe... I enjoyed yesterday's moment but today, i felt so fatigued 😊 i could not even do my 300 pushups due to the pain.

I informed my fellow Ugandans how i had stepped down from my role as a steemit Crypto Academy professor and i informed them why. Generally other steemians that applied for role needed that opportunity to step up into that position and have an experience of what it means to be a Steemit Crypto professor.

It was a great experience. I learnt a lot and benefited big time while in that position. One of the evident benefit is the growth of my account. Right away from season one, i powered up most of my rewards and that's the reason for the total SP i hold today.

I am so grateful to the steemit team for the opportunity and the consistent support rendered to me throughout the time i have been in that great position. 😊 ❤️ its not been easy. It was hardwork, sacrifice and full dedication all through. I am so happy for what i achieved and the many steemians i helped in learning about the various aspects concerning Crypto.

To the newly appointed steemians, i whole heartedly wish you the best in that role. I am looking forward to learning from you all as i participate as a student in the Academy.
