シンガポールのデザート女王が手がけるデザートバー

最近は訪れたいお店をスマホのメモに保存しておくようになりました。今回訪れたお店は雑誌に載っていたお店です。

シンガポールで“デザートの女王”と呼ばれている新進気鋭の女性シェフJANICE WONGが手がけるデザートバー「ジャニス・ウォン」です。

店内は黒を基調とした落ち着いたホテルのようなラグジェアリー雰囲気がただよっています。

私が注文したのは、トロピカルプレート1800円。飲み物は水で我慢しましょうww

バナナのスフレにパイナップルコンポートなどが華やかにお皿を彩っております。いかにも女子が好きそうな見た目ですね〜♡

しかし、味が残念なのですよ〜「すごく美味しい！」「何か新しい！」といった感動がありませんでした。

お友達デザートも味見しましたが驚きはありませんでした。

見た目の可愛さや、味合うまでのものめずらしさを楽しみたい方にはいいと思います。

でも、このお店のレビューや口コミは高いんですよね〜きっと私の舌が庶民的なのかもしれませんねw

あとは、1800円と値段が高めなので、評価も厳しめになってしまうのかな？

値段の高い安いではなく、お値段以上の味とサービスを提供をしてくれるお店が好きですね〜
