AREPAS CON MANTEQUILLA Y QUESO

Comerse una arepa con mantequilla y queso, es una delicia al paladar de los venezolanos, es una comida 	que puede ser para un desayuno y muchos la prefieran para la cena, en algunos hogares, no hay para disfrutar de esta tradición.  <br)  Si la acompañas con una taza de guarapo (café, no muy cargado y dulcito) es más rico aún. 
<center> INGREDIENTES </center> 
•	2 Tazas de harina de maíz precocida.
•	3 TAZAS DE AGUA
•	Sal al gusto
	<br>
<center>Para rellenar  </center> 
•	Mantequilla o margarina.
•	Queso  duro (llanero) rallado.
<br>
<center> PREPARACIÓN</center> <br>
<center> </center> Echar la harina en un bol agregar el agua y  la sal, amasar hasta obtener una masa homogénea .<br>

 </center> Armar las arepas según el tamaño de su deseo en forma circular y colocar en un budare caliente. Dejar que se forme una película de un lado  y con la ayuda de un cuchillo voltear, dejar dorar por los dos lados ir volteando varias veces hasta que estén bien cocidas. <br>
