Bagaimana istirahat Anda semalam? Apakah Anda bisa tidur nyenyak? Tidur yang nyenyak merupakan salah satu persyaratan penting dalam menjaga kebugaran tubuh. Tak hanya itu, durasi tidur juga harus cukup agar tubuh benar-benar bisa segar kembali setelah seharian beraktivitas. #### Menurut pakar kesehatan, untuk kita orang dewasa, tidur yang ideal adalah antara tujuh sampai delapan jam. Sementara anak-anak dan remaja kurang dari 10 jam. Nah selain durasi waktu tidur itu, tahukah bahwa tidur tanpa cahaya juga penting? #### Para peneliti menemukan bahwa tidur dengan cahaya dapat memendekkan durasi melatonin sekitar 90 menit. Paparan cahaya buatan seperti cahaya lampu selama jam tidur normal juga dapat menekan melatonin hingga 50 persen. Melatonin adalah hormon yang mengatur tidur dan terjaga. #### Membiarkan lampu menyala dapat menyebabkan penyakit, termasuk kanker.
