Journal of Zak Ludick #85 - Betrayal from those you help.

I am Zak Ludick and this is my journal and documentation of my progress with goals on and off Steemit.

The greatest irony is when people you have been helping betray you. I wonder then what the problem is?

If I was a terrible person then wouldn't I have no friends whatsoever. In and outside of work I have some great connections with people. Friendly relations. Maybe it would be too much to call them friends, if you do not spend time with each other besides at the workplace then they are an acquaintance. 

That being said, we do our best to be friendly professionals and make the workplace easy to live in. Now what would you do if the people in your work group betray you? Especially after you had shielded them from scrutiny and reprimand? Then I do not think it is fair.

And the loss is going to be on their side. I do not need to do anything. All I need to do is to stop helping and the problem will fix itself. In the end it will be their loss.

People forget quickly, betrayal is commonplace in the workplace, I think that is because people will do anything to get that promotion, or stay out of trouble with the boss or whatever... 
In my industry we call it being thrown under the bus, it has happened to me a good few times, by my various superiors, so that they don't look like the idiots they are to their superiors...

Thanks man. Yeah, I do think that the reason they do it is because they think it will make themselves go further but I do not think that this will work in this case.

Best approach is dust off and move on, however recently one person keeps slandering causing mayhem, it is annoying since they hide online one minute in this part of the world the next somewhere else. _(let alone a work place)_. 

Person in question is either a scammer or totally mad, so being the bigger person, walk away and ignore, life is too short... Same in the work place; people stab you in the back, while smiling a greeting, they are not worth your time and energy, keep going with your journals and keeping fit.

Actually I was told something today that made me feel a little bit glad. It's not something I can share on here and it is not something that I need to act on. I will just keep humming on.
