#ULOG: Happy Friday! - How do you spend Friday?

I am all about positive habits but I like to balance those out with enjoyable rewards.  Jiu Jitsu is a positive habit and I reward myself not only by being awesome, but denying the very existence of a calorie.  I am frugal with my money and reward myself buy buying premium quality when I do buy something.  

Another reward I have recently undertaken is inspired by a couple STEEMit buddies @sequentialvibe and @evileddy is working hard all week, wrapping up the morning, and knocking off in the afternoon for a pint and a social! I also reward the kiddies for a long week at school with some delicious and not so nutritious refined sugar.  IT IS SLURPEE DAY.

After that settles in, it is time to hook up with my meatspace buddies and have some daddy slurpees.  Love the summer, nice weather, beer, friends (friends that own pubs!) and the lifestyle that permits me to be able to enjoy Fridays like this.  Canadians also have a long weekend this weekend so I am in for a LOT of honey-do chores so I am living it up.
