 Today I went for jogging! I had issue with running or even jogging Since I was very little, I didn't participate much in races Even in interhouse sport  I just knew I wouldn't make it to the end with either slumming or getting seriously injured. But with time I overcame it bit by bit. But up till now I don't engage in serious and very critical races My system just can't adapt to it. The outcome is not always very pleasant  Shockingly even with my little weakness and fear, I went for jogging.. I enjoyed the view of the environment most especially, that I actually forget I was on track. Didn't feel any internal pains but was just exhausted at the end. I Jogged!
