## Migración Forzada
##

## Forced Migration
##
The collection had taken longer than expected, and almost five years of the planet had passed, since it was decided to leave, due to increasing irregularities of its magnetic field, thousands of life forms were to be relocated to the neighboring twin planet.

PG343d and PG343e orbited a yellow dwarf star, forming part of a system of eight planets of which five were in the habitable zone and presented adequate conditions for life, these two being the ones that stood out for their abundance of liquid water among other characteristics that made them the most suitable to be adequate and populated.

Both worlds were very similar, mass, density, diameter and superficial gravity, they were almost equal, having PG343e more tectonic activity than its brother, besides a longer orbital period, because it was farther from the star.

Both were adequate and populated, with mainly marine life forms and a few plant species, in their scarce emerged land. But a few centuries after their adaptation, alterations began to be noticed in the magnetic field of PG343d, probably due to irregularities in the rotation of its molten iron nucleus.

The irregularities in the magnetic field caused that great regions of the planet were exposed to the bombardment of charged particles, coming from the star, which put in danger the forms of life that were in those regions. The alterations and their unpredictability made it necessary to take the decision to leave the planet, and remove from it all the forms that had been incorporated, to move them to PG343e.

Gilbert was the pilot of one of the recovery and transport ships that, for almost five years, had been making continuous journeys from one planet to another transporting uninterruptedly the animals and plants that inhabited PG343d.

In this case, it was the last family of whales known to have sailed the ocean of that planet. It was not an easy task to capture them, it had to locate the ship a few meters from the surface of the water and match the speed of the group and then project the containment field that would enclose them.

After following them for almost thirty minutes, without finding a suitable moment, the IA managed to calculate a suitable bubble to contain them and Gilbert gave the instruction to project the field that, like a gigantic translucent sphere, formed by purple light strips that moved like waves on its surface, enclosed the twelve individuals that formed the group and all the volume of water that surrounded them.

Then, as if from the bag in which a child carries a goldfish from the aquarium to the fish tank at home, Gilbert lifted the ship, dragging behind it the gigantic containment sphere formed only by electromagnetically charged particles that carried inside it a fraction of the ocean of PG343d. Now he had to make a new trip of fifteen hours, to download its precious content in the ocean of PG343e, where they would be safe again.
