![395znr3pe3.jpg](https://img.esteem.ws/395znr3pe3.jpg) It's that time of the week again and this is my second to last portrait demo of the semester. I have to do one more tomorrow and that'll be it for this semester. I had a lot of fun with this one. Since it was a full bust I approached it overall with a looser style so that I'd have time to finish the whole thing with a similar level of detail. Also incorporated a brush I've had for a long time, but rarely use extensively in any one painting. In this painting I painted most of the skin with this brush and I like the effect I got, lots of colors smushing around in each other. I took a few detail shots this time around. ![bwlbkrmdra.jpg](https://img.esteem.ws/bwlbkrmdra.jpg) ![tjgqwafjg8.jpg](https://img.esteem.ws/tjgqwafjg8.jpg) I ended up liking this hand because even though it's really loose and simplified I can still read what's happening. Here's how the process went
![vhktjzemvg.gif](https://img.esteem.ws/vhktjzemvg.gif)
I've try to be good about continuing to paint stuff like this even though the semesters over, I definitely learn a little something in each one, so I want to just do a ton of them and do lots of experimentation to see how far I can push things. Hope you're having a good one. Thanks for looking!
