HOW MUCH BACTERIA IS OUR BODY?
The number of bacteria is equal to the number of our cells.

Until the last few years, we did not know the exact proportion of bacteria in our bodies, and we estimated that they were 10 times the number of cells that make up us.

Recent research has shown that the number of bacteria and cells in our body goes head to head A study conducted in Canada in 2016 targeted the most intense intestine of bacteria and 90 million bacteria per gram were detected in the samples obtained.

Based on this, the researchers concluded that there should be an average of 38 trillion bacteria in our bodies. And our cell count is around 30 trillion.
