Tremble before Apollyon. The Destroyer of dreams and the breaker of hearts! Produced using a series of technique that amplifies the intense sweet apple and earthy pear fruitiness of Arcadia's house English-style yeast. This Belgian strong golden ale hides its strength and will definitely kick you ass if you have too many. ![53DABFC7-A166-47E5-96A7-7405DE7F8B72.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPmRCoy8coqtK1YLFSmbGPdgoAJ7p8jZ3b1C91Exsdija/53DABFC7-A166-47E5-96A7-7405DE7F8B72.jpeg) This is a beautiful straw colored beer that has a furry of carbonation. The aroma is light and slightly spicy with notes of bread, honey, pepper and sweet fruit. ![A5111962-4235-42FF-B9CE-3233F64B13F4.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTWgeRELCCWS6ERNtEbpNS1pu799QvBgzagz5fEeKwxVy/A5111962-4235-42FF-B9CE-3233F64B13F4.jpeg) The flavor is crisp and has a intense sweet honey flavor. I get notes of warm fresh-baked bread, and a dry, crisp body that very common with other Belgian style beers. These are styles I gravitated towards early in my beer drinking career. However, I just realized I’ve not been seeking them out lately. I have found them to be a little sweet and the combination of a spicy herbal notes makes them feel really filling and overwhelming. ![231E0200-7A78-46A8-9892-BBE8100BA4A7.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQb4vHq5M9N6cviLM7xc3LTU2DrEAeDXF7djPRtBCg98i/231E0200-7A78-46A8-9892-BBE8100BA4A7.jpeg) I did enjoy this beer, but it’s not something that I would seek out again. The drinking experience was good don’t get me wrong it’s just not one of my styles.
