Das Gedanken WirrWarr im Kopf kann manchmal so groß werden, dass wir den Überblick verlieren.
Der Denker in jedem von uns ist sehr stark und aktiv.
Dieser versucht sofort alles zu analysieren und sich ein Bild, eine Meinung darüber zu machen.
Sehr leicht merkt man dieses in einer Person, wenn diese sofort ein Gespräch unterbricht/ ins Wort fällt, nur um den eigenen Senf dazu zu geben!

Diese Person bringt uns eine unruhige Energie entgegen.
Meist ist die Reaktion des Gegenüber ein wunderbares Spiegelbild...man schaukelt sich hoch, es entstehen Missverständnisse.

Echt jetzt: statt auf so einem Ego-Verstand mit dem eigenen Ego-Verstand zu reagieren, einfach diese Person angucken uns sich wie ein Kind "cool" denken oder (maximal) nachfragen wie ein Kind "warum, wieso? Versteh ich nicht!"
Ebenso hat ein jeder selbst solche Gedanken in sich und hat zu lernen die eigenen Gedanken bewusst wahrzunehmen-ebenso wie ein Kind sich selber diese Fragen zu stellen-und das eigene Schema erstmal zu erkennen. Wenn man sich kennt, kann man es ändern.

Es sind mindestens 100.000 Gedanken mehr und eh oft die gleichen bzw. die gleiche Thematik, in unterschiedlichen emotionalen Zuständen die eine Mehrheit der Menschen so am Tage haben!
Der Verstand lässt uns durchdrehen.
Wir haben keinen klaren Kopf mehr und haben vergessen was oder wer wir eigentlich sind.
Der Verstand dreht sich im Kreis und wir sind ratlos.

Ich glaub wir alle sind mehr oder weniger an manch einem Tag davon betroffen.

Drehungen lernen uns zu reflektieren, in die Vergangenheit zu blicken und mit einem Lächeln darüber zu stehen, egal was einmal war.
Anders zu agieren als früher!

wie kann sich etwas ändern, wenn man immer und immer das gleiche Schema hat?

Alles, was geschied, ist gut und richtig, denn wir brauchten diesen Moment einfach in unserem Leben um daraus etwas zu lernen!
Ganz gleich ob negativ, neutral oder positiv von der Emotion geprägt.
Wir haben zu lernen durch den "Schmerz, Angst, Wut, Trauer" hindurch zu schreiten und dann davon "los zu lassen"
Uns zu reinigen im feinstöfflichem Sinne.

Die Rückseite des Körpers, der Rücken also, steht symbolisch für unsere Vergangenheit und für ALLES was einmal war.
In den Übungen, in denen wir unsere Gestreckte Wirbelsäule in die Rotation bringen, werfen wir einen Blick in die Vergangenheit-wir schauen zurück, was hinter uns liegt!
Ebenso reinigen Drehungen unseren Körper, unseren Tempel und den Geist.
Wir trennen uns von allem Unnötigen Balast, lassen los, entgiften.
Wir können auf leichten Fuß und sogar mit verbundenen Augen die richtige Entscheidung wählen.

Fangen wir an frei aus dem Herzen voller Liebe zu handeln.
Somit haben Drehungshaltungen im Yoga einen großen Reinigungsprozess.
Wir quätschen unseren Köper aus, wie einen Schwamm und lösen Schlacken und massieren auch noch die Organe.
Drehungen wirken neutralisierend auf Rückbeugen oder Vorbeugen und sollten bei jeder körperlichen Yoga Praxis im
Übungssystem eingebaut werden.

*sometimes the thoughts are so confused, the mind felt in chaos of this and the fucking thoughts can be as big as the whole universe that we lose the overview. The ego-mind is very strong and active in most of us. It attempts to analyze everything and is immediately a picture to make an opinion about. Very easy you'll notice this in person if this immediately interrupts a conversation / falls in the word, only the own mustard to give!*
