[Steemit 华语区有 79% 的新人都流失了](https://steemit.com/cn/@dapeng/how-many-users-has-left-steem)。新人初来乍到，无所适从，没人点赞，无论怎么努力都挤不上任何排行榜。

今天，”steem 华语区新人希望工程”启动，希望对新人能有帮助。

希望工程的形式很简单：我定期发文，将最近一天里 cn 区第一次、第二次和第三次发文章的新作者和文章清单罗列出来。这些文章有可能是优质的，却无处展示。“希望工程”将成为展示他们的机会。

我会使用我的 sp （不多），尽量给其中的好文点赞和留言。也欢迎大鲸和小鱼们给他们点赞和留言。尤其是小鱼们，一次点赞可能只值几分钱，对那些收入动辄上百的大神贡献不大，但是对那些 0 收入的新人却是最大的惊喜。送人玫瑰，手有余香。我仍然记得刚来 steemit 时，5 毛钱收益带来的快乐。

当然，也请新人珍惜初次发文的机会。如果发烂帖来蹭赞，我们也会尽情去踩，让新人知道规矩，知道烂帖在 CN 区不受欢迎。

在新人清单后面，是新人排行榜。这是专门为注册时间尚未满月的用户设置的排行榜，排名顺序的依据是在 cn 区的发帖数以及得到的收益和投票数。跟其他排行榜相比，新人排行榜对新人更具有参考价值。

排行榜后面，列了一些入门文章，帮助新人快速了解 steem 上手，暂时起到版块置顶“新人必读”帖的作用。

“如果当初不是他给点儿，我早就离开 steem 了”。忘了这是哪位大神在怀念老王时说过的话。老王是 steemit 的一个机器人，曾经非常活跃地给新人点赞，带新人入门。可惜老王已经死了。

我希望“希望工程”不会重蹈老王的覆辙。
