Do you like Kimchi Scrambled Eggs?
These days I have been sharing my kimchi story with you. For those of you not follow, last time I discussed how to make Kimchi Grilled Cheese sandwiches. Here is a link: https://steemit.com/korea/@abitcoinskeptic/grilled-cheese-kimchi-sandwich

Well in my opinion kimchi is one of the healthiest foods out there so I want to help you learn how to enjoy it besides in traditional Korean style or just as a side dish.

Today we are going to learn about kimchi scrambled eggs. Please enjoy my kimchi egg story (κΉ€μΉ˜ κ³„λž€).

## Ingredients
#
- eggs
- milk
- kimchi
- coffee (black no sugar or call it something else!)

*Eggs come in 30 packs here, I know milk bread is offensive, but so is the bread selection at my local supermarket*

### Optional:
- cheese
- toast
- bacon
- fruits
- salt, pepper, ketchup, seasoning

Now you may be thinking why is coffee under ingredients? Well, you shouldn't try cooking breakfast without coffee unless it is your job, even if it is 9 am on a Saturday and not 5 am on a workday.

## Preparation:
#
1. Mix it into a pan
2. Turn on heat
3. Scramble
4. Remove from heat
5. Serve / Enjoy

About 3 - 5 minutes of periodic scrambling should do for scrambled eggs. I prefer mine overcooked, unlike my bacon which I practically just heat up.

In case you don't know how to cook, just ask your mommy or daddy to put some kimchi into your scrambled eggs.
Now, to be honest, I think most of you can already make the stuff so you don't need to learn how to cook. However, I have my doubts with some people.

First, remove the eggs from the shell before cooking. If a few pieces of shell drop in you can either remove them or meh enjoy the crunch. I know this may seem obvious to most people, but some people were born less intelligent than others.

Next tip is don't burn it. You don't need a firey inferno every time you cook, especially when frying greasy stuff like bacon. I recommend low heat for all styles of cooking unless you know what the hell you are doing. Crack a window and turn on the vent unless you want your house to be filled with 'cooking smells' aka air pollution. Also if you don't have a smoke detector, gas detector and fire extinguisher in your house, well get those ASAP.

I think Kimchi Scrambled eggs tastes good. I add some Tabasco sauce and pepper while cooking. Some people think adding kimchi to eggs is weird. Even members of my family. Oh well, cooking it twice is simple enough. To each their own I guess.

As for kimchi in general, it's good for your health because of many reasons some of them based on nutritional science, others based on folk beliefs or common sense, but you should probably eat it in moderation because of salt. I've heard of all kinds of things like it is good for this disease and that. In my opinion, it just tastes good.

First off.. Yummy!! Second, I never heard of kimchi. I will have to look for this. Either way those eggs and sides look awesome and get me thinking that I have some eating to do!! I love the last bit about not burning it. I try my best not to. I can't say I never burned my food though. Distractions will get you every time ;-)

Ooh this sounds fantastic! I recently made scrambled tofu, with silken tofu, and it was so good - I’d love to try that with kimchi.
