Week thirty seven Colonye post: the attack on moldred the lich king

**The trading outpost.** 

rapports of all over has reach the outpost the undeads is roaming the land it seams they have no specific target. almost like they have been released. all of the smaller colony has spotted undeads in they areas. gunnar belives the only explanation is moldread the lich king is on the move. the outpost is sending all they soldiers to a front offensive  on the undead forteress. gobs tripe and the rock clan goblinds are joining. the outpost hoping all the heroes in the land will jone the war effort. and stop moldread ones and for all.

the outpost is sending a large shipment of armor, potions and weponds to the front. 
the colonists can heal and repair armor there to.

**new armor classes**

- **goblin stew** (+3 production to wood,stone,all food,silver,iron,herbs +1 hide workers)
- **Cloud berry pie** (feed it to one worker he/she will have a +5 production one week) works on all collection
- **moose sausage** (+2 damage in combat) works great combined with ale)
- **barbarian ale**  (+2 dam +2 hit in combat) 
- **Cinnamon rolls** 2 (+2 to hit +2 production one week)

**NB: the worker food can stack meaning you can eat the stew and a Cloudberry pie and have a ale in the same week but if the food has + to hit it do not stack**

**small adjustment in equipment**
- Wizard lower spell damage and making the main wepond a two hand. 
- Removing the ability to use range specific weponds whering improved iron armor
- Removing the +2 hit chance where ranger armor dual shoot -2 hit (armor set bonus)
- Adding rouge loot bonus 2 D6 silver after the quest (armor set bonus)
- barbarian +2 Charge attack range + dual strike (armor set bonus)
- some classes has now have a special  weapon in the spesial item slot

the hunters has seen large numbers of undeads is the forest. all the wokers has come home and refusing to go back. the following day the unded are roaming the forest around his colony the work has stopped workers are arming them self and guarding the wall. only the armor manage to do its jobs.
in the cower of darkness and messengers from the outpost has come.  
the outpost and the goblins are attacks the undeads fortress where moldred has been spotted.

the colony is safe the defenders has left. Soldier Stan is on the way to find gold but he  notes a few undeads in the wheat field. Soldier Stan is running back in the colony Paige take here bow and start killing them but it has stoppd the workers to go outside the walls. its rumors of the outpost and the goblinds are attacking moldered in a few days, and they need help.

is on the way to find gold in the forest he is running in to a message to them the outpost and they Allies from the goblins are planing to attack the undead in a few days and need help. the the two of them are rushing back they feel the colony is is danger. they can see the wall arund it undeads are roaming the workers are standing on the walls and deafening it after the best ability. frank mange to get the the gate and the two of them are in safety in side.

was going out to scout the river. but she notest she is not alone. she spotting undeads in the area she going back to camp where emma and zorg. emma take the bow and monica has the sword. they trye and hide and hopen the undeads dont notes them. a messengers from the outpost manage to slip true without getting spotted. he has some weponds and armor for them and a message from the outpost.  the outpost and the goblinds are attacking the undead they need help.

Rick looked pretty roughed-up and had a fancy new bow with him, but had little else to say about the battle except that they had defeated lieutenant Asha and driven off the Snake clan, and also, that there were an increasing amount of undead in the area attacking anything they could.

Once again, feeling that the Snake clan's repercussions might be directed towards fyre's forest, I will have my top scientists start to research a few more, defensive, mechanisms to implement as soon as possible.  

Also, sometime in the next few weeks, I think I will build an herb cabin to eventually try to produce health potions since I haven't been able to find a regular supplier yet.

But first, putting together the reports of the wandering undead from Rick and the additional requests from the Outpost to move forces into a position to fight the rumored lich king Moldread, who may be controlling them, fyre's forest will send our best fighters to help out. ~ ~ ~<center>

# Week 37
IC:
After Diamond strode off to loot Blockurator's camp, I went to tend to some colony duties before going out to do some hunting. To my surprise, when I was about to leave the colony to go hunting, I could hear Diamond laughing in the distance, so I went to investigate. Sure enough, I found Diamond still near the colony, pounding on undead as if they were ants.

This was rather unsettling, so all my workers stopped their work and guarded the colony instead of working.

We also noticed that none of our trade deals had gone through and even the iron factory did not send any iron to me!

Eventually, word came from the Outpost that there had been undead roaming aimlessly everywhere and none of the colonies were able to get any work done.

This situation cannot be allowed to continue or we will all starve to death. We must join forces and attack The Dark Fortress! Moldered must be defeated once and for all.

Still aching from our last week's injuries, we arrived home only to find undead aimlessly wandering through the fields and forests. We gathered up our workers and weapons, defended our colonies and then headed for the outpost to join the front line and fight for freedom. The trading outpost.

rapports of all over has reach the outpost the undeads is roaming the land it seams they have no specific target. almost like they have been released. all of the smaller colony has spotted undeads in they areas. gunnar belives the only explanation is moldread the lich king is on the move. the outpost is sending all they soldiers to a front offensive on the undead forteress. gobs tripe and the rock clan goblinds are joining. the outpost hoping all the heroes in the land will jone the war effort. and stop moldread ones and for all.

OOC: Not sure what happened after last week. My diplomacy resulted in zero trade with the outpost. My miners came back with no silver. Scientist has not finished research. Did the brewers and farmers do anything?

@darklands, can you check the numbers from last week, and recalculate how many resources I am supposed to have for this week? I was planning to build a lv2 Farm with the silver we should have raked in. I cannot decide what to assign my colonists to do without knowing how many resources they actually have to work with.

Once I know what is going on with my current numbers, I should be able to post a response. I don't understand what is going on at the moment, in terms of my colony status.

I need to discover the immediate area, because the river can be an important place where we find food and wood. So I start to go in the opposite direction of the forest. Emma comes with me and she tries to find some food along the road (berries and fruits).
Zorg remains around the colony and he collects stones and wood. He sees some rabbit footprints and starts to build a trap with some branches.

After hearing the news, I tell my worker to sit this one out. I do not believe we have what it takes yet to fight that lich.

I instead tell him to become a scientist as I'll be needing him in that role shortly.

"What do you mean they've all run away?"

_Big Jake shrugged and threw his hands up in the air._ "I woke up after a night of revelry in the tavern, and when I woke up they were gone. The Alchemist left me a note though. He said the sun was covered by a shadow, and when the others asked him what it meant, he had to perform an augury. It was a bad fortune apparently, and he told all the workers they would have to flee quickly to the Outpost or else the shadow might never leave this land."

"Cowards! All of them. But that doesn't explain why the storehouse is practically empty. Where did all the ale go that I ordered last week? I have customers lined up for miles willing to pay weeks worth of meat and fish. What am I supposed to tell them?"

"Tell them the truth I suppose." _The young slurred his words._ "See, after we fermented all that wheat, the brewers were supposed to begin distilling the alcohol first thing in the morning. When I woke up, the alcohol had completely evaporated. Poof! Gone! Somebody forgot to turn off the burners, I guess."

_Slapping his forehead, the cursed leader began to message the temples of his skulls._ "This is not happening to me! Okay, okay... we have to find a way to salvage the situation. What about the silver? What about the cartload of wheat we sent to the outpost? Did it arrive? They were supposed to bring back enough silver to expand the farms."

_His face turned bright red with embarrassment._ "Funny you should mention that. The note I read stated that the donkey's got scared when they saw the shadow passing over sun. It caused them to panic, and they ran off the trail with the wagons. When they finally calmed down, they were hopelessly lost. Spend the rest of the week trying to find their way back to the Outpost, but by the time they made it, they had already fed all the supplies to the damn donkeys."

"No! Noooo! First the ale batches all failed. Then the wheat used to make the ale was wasted. Now you're telling me the wheat shipment never made it to the Outpost, so we have no silver to expand the farms. I'm guessing the farmers ran away before they finished harvesting the wheat I ordered, right?"

"Very true. They all left."

"So the ale I let them drink last week? That was also a waste?"

"It was a nice gesture of you."

_Pacing around, he reviews his ledgers._

"Something is wrong. My calculations on the inventory are still off. We should still have plenty more wheat and a few more ales available to trade."

_Pulling out a towel, Big Jake wipes the sweat from his forehead._ "Yeah about that... well the Alchemist had to burn a wheat offering to perform the augury. Part of the spell process to get answers from the nature spirits he said. And the ale, well I drank myself to sleep last night after I read the note. Had to do something. I got scared after I read the note and learned it was too late for me to make my way back to the outpost alone at night. It's just you and me boss. I'm real sorry! I did save you one last ale though. Can you forgive me?"

_A fell wind passes, and the master of Silvery Marsh falls to the ground._

"Uh-oh! Master has passed out. Not good!"

_Big Jake grabs the last ale and downs it as quick as he can. He feints to the ground beside his master, hoping to end the weeklong nightmare by taking the easy way out._
