I just finished a 6.52km running that lasted about 0hh:40mm:30ss ! !(https://steemitimages.com/0x0/https://xhaust.me/media/documents/images/IMG-8634.jpg) Yesterday was 20-45 sec intervals. My body felt really heavy and slow so my paces was not the fastest, but I got the work done. I had strength work out the day before so I think that is why my legs were a bit heavy.
