#### Today marks day 34 completing the #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! Join the steemit #fitnesschallenge today!  We support eachother and encourage eachother to stay fit!   The more people that join, the more support we all receive as a whole!  Don't think that you can go day in and day out sitting around blogging without consequences!  Get that blood pumping!
Even though I didn't get enough sleep, I still had the energy to get extra reps done.  Lately it seems that if I even get sore, the soreness only lasts for about a day or two.  I feel more fit than I have in a long time!

Normally I would perform these reps  but with a max of 25 each.  Today I wanted to see if I could manage to get them all done but with 50 reps.  Just stepping up my game!  It feels good being able to bang out 450 reps in one day and it wasn't through hiking for hours.  I've been wanting to do a hike, but I haven't been in the mood to go anywhere.

Low on *cash* and *groceries!* This phone needs to ring tonight.  So lunch was Beer Bratwursts again.  Three of them to be exact, with ketchup, mustard and sauerkraut.  I prefer them grilled but still tasty!

## My Motivation

I've decided to stop smoking cigarettes in the beginning of January and have been meaning to start an exercise routine to replace my smoking habit with something much healthier.  It's been *rough* quitting, and even *tougher* getting the motivation and energy to start a daily exercise routine but thanks to this challenge, I've motivated myself to get it done! 

## When I joined Steemit I made the decision to always Power-Up my earnings.  For now, payouts are set to 50/50 but you bet I will convert & Power Up!  Besides internal transfers, I have never cashed out and don't plan on it! Power-Up only!

Just an idea - maybe put your reps completed in the title of your post or spice up the title a little bit.  I've struggled with my titles for the workouts big time, so I'm no expert, but something that might entire people to open the post daily, vs assuming they know what it'll be already.

I'm certainly no expert either so any advice / suggestions are certainly appreciated!  I can change the title up a little so it's not the same every time too.  I've only been doing this blogging stuff since November with little experience through my website.  Been considering a second template as well.
