Homemade Coffee Buns

### Good morning, Steemians! Do you need a cup of coffee? Or maybe you can eat it too. This is it, homemade coffee buns. This is my first time making my own coffee buns. Always love to mix coffee into cake but I have never tried to make coffee bun (where have I been?? ). It taste delicious. :D

### What I have to make this coffee buns:
+ Bread dough
+ Cheese

Topping batter:
+ 50 gr butter
+ 50 gr castor sugar
+ 1 egg
+ 2 tbsp milk powder
+ instant coffee

### Coffee lovers, let's make it!
**First** , make round shape and stuffed the dough with cheese then let set.

While waiting the dough rise, I make the topping batter. **Whisk**, whisk the butter and sugar. **Add** your favorite instant coffee and milk powder. **Last**, add the egg, whisk well.

**Pour** the coffee batter into piping plastic.

Piping on the bun top with round moves so it covers the bun's surface.

**Bake time!** I heat 25 minutes in 200 C. See? It melts and smells good. :)
