Potatoes, stewed with meat

You will need:

Beef - 400-600 gr
Peeled potatoes - 1 kg ( Qty does not matter). It is better to take the variety of potato that has the ability to soft after boiling, ie loose)
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tsp flour
1 ripe pomodorino or 1 tsp Tom. pasta ( without both)

How to cook:

1. Chop the onion and diced carrot. Slightly spasserovat in vegetable oil directly in the pan. ( for younger children, not fried, and add after roasting stewing meat)

2. Beef recommend taking : neck or shoulder.

3. Cut the meat into small pieces.

4. Put in a saucepan with onions and carrots.

5. Fry on a good fire, stirring, no frying. The meat will be juicy. Cover with a lid and stew for 15 minutes in their own juice until the juice has boiled off, periodically peeking and stirring occasionally. For kids meat immediately pour a small amount of boiling water.

6. Then top up with enough water that the meat was slightly covered and simmer on a mild fire until the meat is tender ( for me it took about 40 minutes)

7. Tomatoes pour over boiling water or hold in the microwave a couple of minutes in order to leave the skin. To clean from skin, mash, and spread on meat. Add salt to taste ( I have somewhere not full tsp)

8. Saute a little more( about 5 minutes) and then put all the chopped potatoes and add enough water to the potatoes slightly. If you pour more, it will be watery potatoes...Put a Bay leaf. Cover and simmer until potatoes are done.

9. Potato mix well. Drain from the surface a little broth into a Cup. Allow to cool and add 1 tsp of flour. Flour stir well with a fork, so no lumps and pour the contents back into the potato. This is to ensure that our potatoes became viscous. You can certainly do without flour, but the potatoes on the plate looks more holistically and less liquid. You can not drain the broth, and dissolve flour in small amount of warm water if the potatoes turned out not a lot of fluid...

10. Stir, bring to boil. Potatoes ready.

11. Serve with pickles.
