Poetic Health Status

Oh health, my health. How great it is to have you back. I thought I was losing you to another and I was so afraid. I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep and I had no strength. I never knew your worth until I almost lose you. My head was aching and my muscles were losing their strength. Even in my sleep I was afraid you could desert me. But a tiny hope was lingering in the little corner of my weak heart. And in my weakness I knew that those who have you, have wealth. For once in my life I was so envious of those who had your company and friendship. It was so scary when you were not around. I had a very turbulent time searching for you until the warm hands of sleep took me to the dream lands. And even in my restive dreams, I sought after you every where and I could not find your trails.

Fear came and offer me hands of friendship which I turned down, yet it wouldn't leave. In my anticipation of your presence, anxiety was added to the queue of unwanted guests. I tried to wrestle them but Alas! I was so weak. Pain was a common friend that refused leaving, even though it was not welcome. I missed you so much that the little hope I had left in my inner mind was fading away. I was embraced in an envelope of disaster as my health was dangling like a pendulum. Monsters of bad thought had my night and when I woke up it was all a dream.

The bad dreams are all gone now, the pains are all gone. As soon as you arrived my unwanted guests all disappeared and I felt so relieved. Now that you are back with me I will cherish you with all my heart.
