Hearing which is one of the 5th senses and very important in an individuals life. I bet no one wants to be deaf,  the thought of people talking without you hearing what’s been talked about could really be disheartening. 

However, there are so many things that could affect our hearing of which age is one and our lifestyle in relation to caring for our ear is another. A typical example of an activity that strains the ear that most are unaware of or rather pay little attention to is the use of ear piece. Am not saying the use of an earpiece is bad, am only saying a  continued use of earpiece and headsets at loud volumes could strain your ear buds leaving your hearing capacity like that of a 60 year old when you might just be in your 30’s
