FMD 식단 5일차.
안녕하세요 ayogom 입니다.
오늘은 FMD 식단 5일차 입니다. 일단 FMD는 Fasting Mimicking Diet의 약자로 단식 모방 식단이라고 합니다. 즉 먹으면서 하는 단식입니다. 드디어 5일차 입니다. 끝났습니다. 다 먹었습니다. 오늘 점심때 차에서 혼자 밥을 먹는데 참... 불편한 기분이었습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 이유는... 어제 전자랜지에 넣고 먹었을 때와 너무 맛이 달라서 ㅠㅠㅠ 슬펐습니다.  꾸역꾸역 먹고... 끝났습니다.
내일은 병원에 가서 혈당 수치좀 체크해볼 생각입니다.

5일간 이 FMD 식단을 하기 위해 약 7만 5천원 정도 썻는데...
느낌은.. 그냥 적당히 먹어도 되지 않을까... 싶은 생각도 들었습니다. 
성인 남성의 하루 칼로리 소비가 약 2200? 정도 된다고 했을때... 600 미만 으로 먹으면... 무조껀 빠질 것 같습니다
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
안빠지면 문제죠...

FMD식단은 끝났지만 체중 조절 식단은 계속 유지할 것 같습니다.
