The foods, which can keep our blood pressure under control!
Hypertension is one of the most common illnesses in the general population.  People of any ages can suffer from it, although the prevalence is high among elderly people. Once hypertension is well established, there are no options other than taking the blood pressure-lowering medication.  But we know that prevention is better than cure. So that if we can protect us from having this disease in the first place, it will be a great thing. In doing so, some food items may help us, if we can consume these on a regular basis. Even if we have high blood pressure, i.e. we are having hypertension, we should continue consuming the following food items on a regular basis. So that the number of medicines will be less amount.
