 Vivo en Venezuela, tengo 30 años de edad. Me apasionan las artes culinarias y el buen comer. El dia de hoy les traje una receta personal, una pequeña modificacion del Arroz Chino pero al estilo Venezolano al igual que el Shop Suey. </p>

### Los ingredientes son los siguientes (para 4 personas):

Para el Arroz chino estilo venezolano.

>• Arroz Blanco tipo A, 500gr
> •Cebolla Blanca aprox 150gr
>• Cebollin o Cebolla en Rama 100gr
>•Zanahoria 100gr
>•Salchichas tipo polacas al gusto
>•Aceite vegetal
>•Salsa de Soja al gusto
>•Ajinomoto, pimienta blanca y sal al gusto.


> • White Rice type A, 500gr
 > • White Onion approx 150gr 
> • Chives or Onion Branch 100gr
 > • Carrot 100gr 
> • Polish type sausages to taste 
> • Vegetable oil 
> • Soy sauce to taste 
> • Ajinomoto, white pepper and salt to taste. 

# ✓ Preparacion del arroz.
# ✓ Rice preparation.

Vertir en una olla grande los 500gr de arroz con 650 ml de agua, con unas pisquitas de sal. Muy poca solo para dar un poquito de sabor. Dejar cocinar a fuego lento por 25 min. La idea es que el arroz quede poco durito para que al moverlo con la cuchara no se pegue y quede sueltesito. Porque posteriormente hay que freirlo junto con los demas ingredientes.

>✓Picar la salchicha en ruedas aproximadamente 1/2 cm.
>✓Picar la zanahoria en tiras largas y finas aproximadamente 2cm de largo x 2mm de ancho.

> ✓ Chop the sausage into wheels about 1/2 cm. 
> ✓ Chop the carrot into long and thin strips approximately 2cm long x 2mm wide.

En un Boo o una sarten grande de cocina vertir aceite suficiente, en lo que este calientr vertir la cebolla, el cebollin y la zanahoria. Mover constantemente para evitar que se pegue y se queme. 
> In a boo or a large kitchen pan pour enough oil, in which this heat add the onion, chives and carrot. Move constantly to avoid sticking and burning.

Una vez suaves las verduras tirar las salchichas esperar un poco y revolver. Agregar un poco mas de aceite Posteriormente vertir el arroz poco a poco. Una vez vertido todo. Agregar la salsa de soja junto con el ajinomoto, una pizca de sal y pimienta. Revolver hasta incorporar todos los ingredientes y quede el arroz con el color caracteristico.

> Once the vegetables are soft, throw the sausages, wait a little and stir. Add a little more oil. Then pour the rice little by little. Once everything is poured. Add the soy sauce together with the ajinomoto, a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated and the rice remains with the characteristic color.

# Preparacion:

En un Boo o una sarten grande de cocina vertir aceite suficiente, en lo que este caliente vertir la cebolla, el pimenton, el cebollin y la zanahoria. Mover constantemente para evitar que se pegue y se queme.

Una vez estén un poco cristalizadas tirar el repollo esperar un poco y revolver. Agregar un poco mas de aceite Posteriormente vertir las salchichas, Una vez vertidas,  Agregar la salsa de soja junto con el ajinomoto, una pizca de sal y pimienta. Revolver hasta incorporar todos los ingredientes y quede el shop suey con el sabor y color caracteristico.

Luego emplatar se puede decorar con salsa de soja o en mi caso salsa agridulce para lo cual lo que necesitas es 
50gr de kepchup
Un chorrito de vinagre de manzana
Media cucharada de azucar y una pizca de sal. Revolver y servir.
