RICO ALMUERZO. CARNE GUISADA
<div class="text-justify"> Muy buenas noches tengan todas y cada unas de las personas que hacen  vida en esta gran comunidad. la noche de hoy quiero compartir la elaboración de una rica carne guisada acompañada de arroz y plátano frito. así que sin mas empecemos con la preparación. para la cual necesite los siguientes ingredientes.

* 500g de carne para guisar
* Media cebolla
* 1 Ají
* celery
* 1 papa 
* media zanahoria
* sal
* colorante

Primeramente pique y lave mi carne para luego llevarla al fuego a ablandar con bastante agua y al gusto sal.

Ya con mi carne en el fuego pique mis aliños pele mi  papa y zanahoria y los reserva a esperar que mi carne este floja.

Luego de eso monte mi arroz exactamente dos tasas y media y lo adorne con zanahoria y cebollín finamente picados.

<div class="text-justify"> Pasado alrededor de 40 minutos ya mi carne estaba floja y procedí a colocarle color, echarle los aliños y las verdura y a esperar que estuviera lista mi preparación para luego servir. </div>
