hello @shortsegments, my dear friend the petro was a scam but that is a long topic to explain, on the other hand in el salvador only 45% of the people have access to the network this limits a lot the use of BTC also the rates of withdrawal of the coins makes it impractical to pay in btc, now it is nice to see that the president is modernizing that country.
