Human-oriented understanding
A human-oriented approach should be adopted. This outdated understanding should be abandoned. First of all, it is not preferred for the company. Particularly for the human resources personnel of such firms, it is to lose qualified employees at the beginning of the interview or at the application stage.

On the other hand, it brings unhappiness in the long run.
