It's been a long time since the last entry!

今日の言葉は、とてもとても大切な言葉です！
(kyou no kotoba wa, totemo totemo taisetsuna kotoba desu!)
Today's word is very, very important!

# お金
# ((o)kane)
# "money."

金 (kane) simply means "gold." This character, like the other [*kanji*](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanji) used in Japan, originates from China.

# Here are some examples for practice:

どんなにお金があっても健康でないと人は幸せに暮らせない。
(donna ni okane ga atte mo kenkou de nai to hito wa shiawase ni kurasenai)
"No matter how rich one may be, one cannot live happily without health."


私は金持ちです！
(watashi wa kanemochi desu!)
"I'm rich!"

この金でホンコンまでは十分いけるだろう。
(kono kane de honkon made wa juubun ikeru darou.)
"The money will be enough to carry me to Hong Kong."
