It is certainly a hold back, stop a person in their tracks, do not allow them to pass go kind of lamentation. If they can accept their past, if they can move past the past regrets, if they could see worrying over what has already come to pass, then they could move forward, retake control of their life, to be able to glance forward and see the possibilities before their very eyes, and not dream if it could happen but dream it is does and will happen.
