# Hello
I wrote an article about sleeping cycles and you guys liked it! So i decided to make little different article with more alternative topic about Lucid Dreaming. I tried a lucid dream few times and it was something awesome. It is really hard to describe. Everything feels so real, but it still has illogical elements like, breathing under water, or time and i couldn’t read any signs, because it was all blurry and unreal. On the other hand you can fly or even have sex with every single person you want. But i had to stop, because of sleeping paralysis.

# What is Lucid Dream?
Lucid Dreaming is the name for the state where a sleeping person realizes, that he/she is dreaming. Thanks to that you can change your dream by any way you want.

# History
Mentions of lucid dreams are already found at Aristotles times, the oldest preserved record dates back to 415. In the 8th century, a form of yoga aimed at maintaining vigilance during sleep was held in Tibet by Buddhists. In the 19th century, d'Hervey de Saint-Denis has greatly increased awareness of lucid dreaming, and at the end of the 20th century, Stephen LaBerge scientifically demonstrated the existence of this phenomenon and described the phenomena that occurred in his brain, making his general acceptance in scientific circles.

# Can i learn it?
Yes, there are many ways how, but every person is different. For example, try to remember every dream you had, and write down every little detail you experienced. Another method is to check, if you are in reality like i mentioned early about the time, so check the time often, and if you won’t recognize time, you did it. And this is my personal favorite one, before you fall asleep, always be like “ok, I am going to have lucid dream today” it helped me a lot.

# Sleeping paralysis
This was reason why i had to stop. Many times a experienced this state, and it is nothing good. Or i was sleeping and something grabbed my leg and it pulled me into the corridor, and then i woke up. After that i haven't try it again. If you want more informations about Sleeping paralysis i can recommend you this movie, but be aware, it is really scary!
