<center>**Today I Bring To You Day Number Twelve (12) Of My Personal Challenge "The 30 Day Pushup Challenge"**</center>
<center>**Yesterday I Manage To Do 100 Pushups In 3 Minutes Which Is By Far The Fastest Time I've Done And I Almost Broke My Personal Record Of 50 Continuous Pushup**</center>

<center>Today is the last day of my graveyardshift/nightshift and I am glad because I haven't been sleeping well and the hours that I am awake I dont feel so energetic as normally and also I will be able to eat back at my regular eating times which is a relief because when I dont I tend to eat more than the usual.</center>


<center>As the days go by I feel stronger and able to do more pushups at a faster pace than when I first started this challenge. Now I am gonna start trying other types of pushups but sticking to the goal of 100 pushups per day until this challenge is done.</center>

<center>Today went pretty well I did 100 pushups in a little under 3 minutes and I manage to set a new personal record of 60 continuous pushups done in one set. I did one set of 60 and two sets of 20 pushups taking 10 seconds brakes.</center>


<center>Below is a picture of how i did today and also the link to my previous post. The app that I am currently using is Push Up Counter for Android. Any tips or tricks are welcome :)</center>
