Success depends on how you start your day. If you start your day in the right way, the way it should, then everything else will follow that example. Your actions are like a domino, as one starts, others are followed by the same way. Do not cause a negative domino effect of his actions on the start. Create the right habits that will affect another. One thing leads to another, consider, you can not pick apples, planting potatoes.

Anyone who is successful in the fitness, maintaining their own health, or in any aspect of the business, definitely has something that we can all have! Good morning routine! It helps him prepare for the rest of the day and deal with the challenges it brings.

1. Get up earlier

Many historical and famous peoples such as Napoleon, Hemingway, Lincoln, Franklin, Richard Branson, Armstrong and most of the richest people in the world are waking up in a period of 4 to 7 in the morning.

I agree and I'm a fan of getting up early and all the good that goes with it. Getting up early, not only to strengthen your will and self-control, but also build self-confidence, because each day starts with victory over the bed. Many great ideas and
works are just created in this period.
Best of all is that you will have your time and peace to dedicate to yourself. Again, most people are asleep and there is little chance that someone will disturb and disconcerting you in your work.

2. Exercise

In addition to training in the early morning is best for your body and overall health, it stimulates the secretion of the hormone of happiness.

When you exercise in the morning, your metabolism is "lifted" and remains so few hours and even 24 hours. Practicing in the morning, you will feel that your physical condition is much better throughout the day and you will be enthusiastic and active without much fatigue.
You will be satisfied with yourself because you know you are doing something for yourself and body. Daily tasks and problems will seem lighter and easier and you can relax after work.

3. Do the most difficult task for that day

In short, when you first do the most difficult task, the rest of the day, and your to-do list, will be much simpler and easier to do. Also, in the morning you have more power, peace and desire for these things.

4. Take half an hour for motivation

The best time to motivate yourself is in the morning, because you are still preparing for a work and obligations.

You can motivate yourself in many ways. Reading the books of successful people who inspire you. Watching footage of motivational speaker and successful people. You can even find motivation in your life, so you'll go through all the achievements that you achieve.

5. Make time for gratitude and affirmation

You have a bunch of literature and texts on the Internet about the positive impact of affirmation and gratitude.
In short, affirmations are sentences that you reapeat to yourself, so long that they just plotted in mind. Maybe you already doing affirmations but not even aware.

6. Plan your day

Extract a small part of that time in the morning to plan your day. It is much easier to go through the daily tasks, if you know what to do and when to do it.

Write a few daily tasks or goals that they would like to do that day, and then the rest of the day, making sure to fill it out.

When at the end of the day you check off your list you will be overflow by a sense of satisfaction as you fulfill what you have planned. In this way, you build confidence and trust in your abilities.
