## <center>Hello everyone, good day ...</center>

***" I don't know what's going on with me , everyday even every single moment full of uncertainty... Am I deserve these?? May be....***

*After waking up this morning I can't remember anything , recently I have noticed I can't remember anything in fact forget everything so easily... Hmmm... Am I getting old or is it just for taking too much stress, yesterday was completely useless, another waste day ... All I remember , was the hangover... Lolll..."*

*" Days are passing so quickly and I am becoming useless meaningless day by day. Nothing is going good , every single time confusion , pressure of relationship. Oh ya , i forgot to mention , I am in a relationship or is it a relationship ??? Don't know because every single day it's becoming complicated. One of the most irritating fact is people, people's gossip and behind me that's happening , about my broken relationship, it's painful honestly .. So much painful and I am still trying to ran away... LOLLL.. "*

*" It's getting cold outside as well as my coffee, when I am in much pain I choose you my dear diary , ya I am much more selfish you can say because I choose you when I am broken alone .... Last night I have finished one packet of cigarette , almost 20 cigarettes .. that's a big deal isn't it..."*

We always wait for that one day , that day when all dreams and wishes will come true , ONEDAY , one single day... "*

*"Oh , boy everything is getting serious, so intense but meaningless feelings.. Why I still care bother so much, why I still dragging those days when nobody cared about my feelings , made me overwhelmed?? absurd thinking... People are like this , they will blame you every single day, never confess their mistakes in front of you rather than reminds your mistakes... So weird and painful..."*

People will gossip, two words, fuck em.

What's important is understanding where you are in your life vs where you want to be. What are your good sources of energy coming from? What can you do to shift the shit?

Taking even 5 minutes out of the situation for some mindfulness can help alleviate some of the strain but if you're really suffering in a relationship... Is it really a relationship? 

Life is too short to be stuck in a negative environment, enjoy life and feel better my friend 💪

Sounds to me like a bit of burn out my friend. Especially the forgetful part. We are still in the recovery mode and have learned to view our lives from the outside in. There are many that care and if nobody at your end cares, then they should not be in your life period.
