According to Indian broadcasting agency NDTV, twins were born to a couple in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The children have a boy and a girl, the couple has named one child 'Corona' and the other named 'Cod', given the current situation. The couple, speaking to the media, said that they named the children Corona and Cody so that they would remember the difficulties they faced during the birth of their children during lockdown their entire lives. Priti, 27, told the media that she named her son 'Kod' and daughter's name 'Corona'. He further said that Corona is a deadly and dangerous virus, but the outbreak attracted people to cleanliness and other good habits and that is why they both named the children Cody and Corona. According to Cody and Corona's mother, she and her husband wanted to make the birthday memorable, so they decided to name it. It may be recalled that a child born in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh in March last year was also named 'Corona' by her parents. The baby was born on the same day that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the implementation of 'Janata Curfew' across the country to protect the public against the Coronavirus. It is to be noted that in India so far, there have been cases of 2,969 Coronavirus cases in which 53 people have been killed. This figure is much lower than in the US, China, Italy and Spain. In India, about a fifth of the coronary virus victims belongs to the Tablighi Jamaat or to those who organized a gathering near Delhi last month. The World Bank announced yesterday that it has initially approved a $ 90 billion emergency fund for 25 developing countries, half of which will go to India to fight the outbreak. World Bank President David Milpas said in a statement that "the poor and the vulnerable will be the two countries most affected".
