   If you want a real burn in your abs I dare you to try this ab circuit,It is a real killer.
THE WORKOUT : Do this circuit for 3 or 4 times,depending on your fitness level
•	Hanging leg raise  15 rep
•	Bench jump over  30 sec
•	Flat bench lying leg raise  15 rep
•	Bench seated plate twists  30 sec

   I do abs 2 or 3 times a week after my workout and I usually do some kind of circuit so I can really feel the contraction in my abs and I use a GymBoss to time myself during the exercises and also to time my break because I don`t take more than 30\35 sec breaks when I do abs.

  Hanging leg raise: Try not to use momentum to bring your legs up and don`t allow your body to swing back and forth during these exercise.Use your abs to stabilize the movement.

<h1>Mobility vs. Flexibility</h1>
Vor einigen Jahren habe ich das Mobility-Training für mich entdeckt.  Ich nenne das extra beim englischen Namen, denn da gibt's eine feinere Begriffsdifferenzierung als auf Deutsch.

Mit <strong>Mobility ist die aktive Bewegungsfähigkeit eines oder mehrerer Gelenke mit (sanfter) Muskelkraft</strong> gemeint.  Eine kontrollierte Bewegung also, die das Gelenk davor schützt, in Winkel gebracht zu werden, die eine Verletzung verursachen würden.

Im Gegensatz dazu beschreibt <strong>Flexibility die passive Bewegungsfähigkeit - wie weit ein Gelenk bewegt werden kann, ohne dass die Muskulatur es stabilisiert</strong>.

Hello,

My name is Chris, and that I'm a recent English and Fine Arts graduate from the University of British Columbia. ## Today was meant to be a day off, but I have trouble doing nothing so I thought I'd bust out some volume in the Grease the Groove (GTG) format.

###### I've been reading a few posts by @ninjamike lately and noticed he's been doing the 100 rep a day challenge posted by @steemmatt in the link below

After reading about @steemmatt and his motivations for working out, I thought I might as well give a brief explanation of my motivations.  I've been hit by several cars while training and competing in road cycling events and I've quite comprehensively busted both knees, one hip, one shoulder, both wrists and also done some serious damage to my spine. 

If I don't do enough focused strength training, within weeks I get to the point where I can't walk, I have so many

2018 - Back at University - Back to the training
I'll start with saying happy new year. I've been back in Aberystwyth for just under two weeks at present. Being immediately met with two exams to tackle the has been an element of pressure. But the timing is pretty good. One week to prepare to the first one, then another week after that to prepare for the second. At the same time I'm also at the start of my January to March Ironman specific training regime. 



**Hard to juggle the two?** 


The reality of working and training at the same time is not like juggling two balls. It's more like juggling five or more. Taking care of uni work, swimming, cycling, running and recovery. But there is a sixth, at the top of all this is God, and prayer. I already dislike the tone of this post, probably because its a reflection of my current state writing at 6:36 AM before swim training at 7:15. But don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, it would be mad to complain. I love the challenge, I love the hardship, because thats where growth happens.

So today I started my day off with lay in….

<h1>NOT!!!!</h1>

I was up at 650am to get ready to pick my brother @ricksterblogs up and head off to the gym. 

<i>see @sergiomendes I am trying my hardest haha</i>

We done a great gym session, some cardio to start it off followed by a chest and  triceps weight session. Was lovely to see my bro and I even got a cheeky couple minutes with my beautiful niece!!!

Me and @ricksterblogs talked in the gym a lot about Steemit and both of our plans. Ricky spoke about his Retro Game series he is doing and I love it! He definitely deserves to get a bigger audience on those blogs as he puts so much effort into them.

Lots of decorating was done today, the man cave is slowly becoming insight and I cannot wait to get it finished!

## So how am I doing?
**Well, I seem to have reached a new weight average of 82.3 kg, which is slightly higher than when I began exercising on January 4. On that day, my weight was exactly 82 kg, and that was after eating and drinking quite a bit during the holidays, so I’m guessing that even 82 kg was a little above normal.**
 
*At two weeks in, contrary to my goal, I’ve gained a little weight. But that’s okay. I expected this to happen. Or, to be more honest, I thought that this might happen.*

Daily Diet!

For the Diet today:

1 1/2 cups Noodles: 600
Beef Sauce: 400
Health Shake: 296
1/2 cup mixed nuts: 340
Chocolate: 110
Total: 1746/2268

Quite a bit under the goal today, but I am full, and am listening to my body, so I am not going to eat anything extra today.  I did my typical thing again, of fasting during the day and eating most of my stuff at night. I need to definitely be more consistent with when I eat, and bring snacks with me when working etc... But still on the bright side, I am under the calorie count for the day!

<h1>In 2002, Greg Glassman published his eloquent summary of what it takes to develop a high level of overall fitness and health.</h1>
<h3>He summed it up in 100 words. I thought it would be fun to take these components and flesh them out a bit. </h3>

In this second installment, we’ll take a look at the types of exercises prescribed and some of the reasoning behind this recommendation.
