Combine some local fruit with western cooking style? Why not! If you want to, try this Mancang Pie. Still having Mancang (Horse mango) fruit in my fridge makes me want to make this. Guess what? it tastes super! I share you the pictures of mine.
First, peel and chop Mancang. Add in sugar and pinch of salt.
Make the pie crust, then put in the mold, make tiny holes with fork.
Time for Mancang to sleep in the crust, fill it in.
Close over the pie with the rest crust, clip it with fork.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Done!

Since my childhood I always loved Ferrero Küsschen. It is a Pralinie with Hazelnut coated by a fantastic cream. I don't know if they would have been so sucessful if they didn't have the name Küsschen (little Kiss) and their Slogan was "Good friends deserve a Ferrero Küsschen" that slogan always stuck in my mind. Same wit the Mentos Fresh goes better song.. So I think I have been conditioned well by the TV commericals.
Today i want to share with you an easy and sweet recipe. Perfect for the breakfast or the afternoon tea . I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients: - an egg - 200 g flour - 100 g sugar - 100 g butter - 1 teaspoon baking . Jam or nutella as you prefere.
Knead the butter with the sugar then add the egg in the flour and baking powder, refrigerate 30 minutes.Take the dough and spread a 1/2 cm high. and cut out some discs and fill them with Nutella or jam.
Close the discs and put them in a roasting pan on baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The biscuits are ready!♥♥♥
