Generally four types of rice are cultivated in our country.  The leaves of the rice plant are narrow and long.  Unripe rice is green and ripe rice is golden in color.  I eat rice made from rice.  Aush Aman and Boro Paddy Rice is delicious and nutritious.

The dish originated in a time where food waste was a no go (it still is but right now there is more food available). Since there was so little they had to ration their cooked rice which caused it to sometimes be leftover. They would fry the cooked rice to reuse it.

       每当我品尝泰式炒河粉时，仿佛就像回到了曼谷的热闹街头，感受着泰国文化的独特魅力。泰国美食总能用独特的风味征服我的味蕾，让我难以忘怀。希望有一天能再次踏上泰国之地，品尝美食的魔力。

***শুভরাত্রি ❤️প্রতিনিয়তই আমার বাংলা ব্লগে নতুন নতুন রেসিপি দেখে লোভে পড়ে যাই। আর চেষ্টা করি সব থেকে ভালো লাগা রেসিপিটি প্রস্তুত করার জন্য। বেশ কিছুদিন আমার বাংলা ব্লগে একটা সাদা পোলাও রেসিপি প্রস্তুত করা দেখছিলাম। সেখান থেকেই মনে মনে রেখেছিলাম সময় হলে এরকম ভাবে একবার প্রস্তুত করব। তো সেই আইডিয়া থেকে আজকে প্রস্তুত করেছি সাদা পোলাও রেসিপি। অরিজিনাল পোলাওয়ের চাল যা আমাদের চাষ করা সেটা দিয়ে। রেসিপিটি বেশ লোভনীয় হয়েছিল। আর সেরকম আকারে সুগন্ধি ছড়াচ্ছিল। দেশি মুরগির মাংস দিয়ে খুব মজা করে খেয়েছি।আমাদের ব্লগ থেকে এত এত ভালো ভালো রেসিপি দেখেছি আসলে যে কোন রেসিপি এখন প্রস্তুত করতে গেলে সহজেই করে ফেলতে পারি।নিজেকে এখন অন্যরকম এক রাধুনী রাধুনী মনে হয়।  আজকের পোস্টে সাদা পোলাও রেসিপিটির প্রস্তুত প্রণালী আপনাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করব। আশা করছি ভাল লাগবে।***

**রেসিপিটি প্রস্তুত করার জন্য প্রথমে চুলা জ্বালিয়ে তার ওপর একটি করাই বসিয়ে নিয়েছি। এবং তার ভেতরে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ তেল দিয়েছি।তেলটা গরম হলে এবার এর মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় মসলা হিসেবে পেঁয়াজ কুচি মরিচের গুড়া মরিচ ভেনিস আদা ভেনিস। রসুন এবং কিছু অ্যালোভেরার টুকরা দিয়ে দিয়েছি।এবার মসলা ভালোভাবে ভুনা করা হয়ে গেলে পূর্বে প্রস্তুত করে রাখা চাউল গুলো এর মধ্যে দিয়ে দিব।এবং মসলা চাউল ভালোভাবে ভেজে নিতে হবে। চাউল এবং মসলা ভাজি করা যত ভালো হবে রেসিপিটি সুগন্ধি এবং খেতে ততটাই মজা হবে।**

**চাউলটা খুব সাবধানে ভেজে নিয়েছি। কেননা চাউল যদি আবার পুরা পুরা হয়ে যায় তাহলে রেসিপি খেতে ভালো লাগবে না।চাউল ভালোভাবে ভাজি করা হয়ে গেলে এবার এর মধ্যে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ পানি দিতে হবে।পানি দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে খুবই সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে। কম হলে চাউল ফুটবে না। আবার বেশি হলে ভাতটা ঝরঝরে হবে না । এজন্য আমি চাউল আগে মেপে নিয়েছিলাম পরবর্তীতে চাউলের ডাবল পানি দিয়েছি। পানি দেওয়ার পরে এবার ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে রাখবো যত সময় না ভাত ফুটে ওঠে।**

**ঢেকে রাখার প্রায় ১৫ থেকে ২০ মিনিট পরে ঢাকনা সরিয়ে ভালোভাবে দেখে নিয়েছি চাউল ফুটেছে কিনা। ভালোভাবে দেখে নিলাম চাউল ফোঁটা আরো একটু বাদ রয়েছে এজন্য আবারও কিছু সময় ঢেকে রেখেছিলাম। এবার একটা চামচ দিয়ে খুব ভালোভাবে ভাত গুলো নেড়ে দিয়েছি।**

**এবার পাঁচ থেকে সাত মিনিট মত চুলার ওপর রেখে দিয়েছিলাম। ভালোভাবে চাউলটা ফুটে ভাত ডাল ঝড়ঝড় হয়ে গেলে চুলা থেকে নামিয়ে নেই। তবে দেশেই চাউলের পোলাও কিন্তু খেতে সব সময় অনেক বেশি মজা লাগে। সেই সাথে সুস্বাদু পুষ্টিগুণের ভরপুর কেমিক্যাল মুক্ত থাকে।**

***এরই মধ্যে দিয়ে রেসিপি প্রস্তুত করনেই শেষ করে এবার আপনাদের মাঝে পরিবেশন করলাম। আসলে নিজের ক্ষেতের চাষ করা চাউল বলে কথা। খুবই সুগন্ধি  ছিল খেতে খুবই মজা হয়েছিল। তাছাড়া দেশি মুরগির মাংস দিয়ে জাতীয় খাবার খেতে কিন্তু সবথেকে বেশি মজা লাগে। আমরা সবাই মিলে খুব মজা করে খেয়েছিলাম। আর খুব সহজেই ভালোভাবে রেসিপিটি প্রস্তুত করতে সক্ষম হয়েছে। যাইহোক আশা করছি পৃথিবীর প্রস্তুত প্রণালী আপনাদের কাছে ভালো লাগবে।**

### আপনারা সবাই কেমন আছেন? আশা করি, আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন সুস্থ আছেন। আজ আমি আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছি। আশা করি,আপনাদের সবার ভালো লাগবে তাই বিলম্ব না করে আমার পোস্ট লেখাটি শুরু করছি।

সন্ধ্যার সময় আমাদের কমবেশি সবার ক্ষুধা লেগে থাকে। আমরা বেশিরভাগ সবাই বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবার খেয়ে থাকি ।সন্ধ্যার দিকে যেমন ফুচকা, পেঁয়াজি,আলুর চপ, বেগুনের চপ ইত্যাদি নানা ধরনের খাবার আমরা খেয়ে থাকি। আমরা এসব খাবার বাইরে থেকেই বেশির ভাগ খেয়ে থাকি।যার কারণে আমাদের বিভিন্ন ধরনের কিন্তু পেটের সমস্যা হয়ে থাকে। তখন আমাদের ওষুধ খেতে হয় ডাক্তারের কাছে যেতে হয় । এর কারণ শুধু বাইরের এইসব খাবার খাওয়ার কারণেই। আমরা কিন্তু বাড়িতে সন্ধ্যার সময় ভালো ভালো খাবার তৈরি করে খাইতে পারি যেটা স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত হবে। আমার সন্ধ্যার দিকে খুবই ক্ষুধা লেগে যায় যার কারণে আমি সন্ধ্যার সময় মুড়ি মাখা বেশি খেয়ে থাকি। কিন্তু আজ একটু অন্যরকম করলাম ইচ্ছা ছিল ভাত দিয়ে রেসিপি তৈরি করার। কারণ দুপুরে খাওয়ার পরে অনেক ভাত থেকে গিয়েছিল ভেবেছিলাম রাত্রে খাওয়া যাবে। কিন্তু সন্ধ্যায় তৈরি করে ফেললাম ভাতের একটি রেসিপি। আমার এই রেসিপিটি তৈরি করতে আমার তেমন কোন কষ্ট হয়নি কারণ বাড়িতেই সব কিছু ছিল। শুধু একটু সময় নিয়ে সেগুলো গুছিয়ে ঝটপট তৈরি করে ফেললাম সন্ধ্যার নাস্তা।

 #### যাই হোক দেরি না করে এক নজরে দেখে আসি আজকের এই রেসিপি তৈরি করতে আমার কি কি উপকরণগুলো লেগেছে।


### উপকরণ
১: ভাত 
২:ডিম ২ টি
৩: পেঁয়াজ কুচি ১ কাপ
৪: গরম মসলার গুঁড়া ১ চা চামচ
৫: জিরার গুঁড়া ১ চা চামচ
৬: মরিচের গুঁড়া ২ চা চামচ
৭: হলুদ ১/১ চা চামচ 
৮: কাঁচা মরিচ কুচি 
৯:পরিমাণ মতো লবণ




## ধাপ:১
প্রথমে কড়াইটি চুলার উপর দিয়ে কড়াইতে তেল দিয়ে দিলাম। তেল গরম হয়ে যাওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে দুটো ডিম ভেঙ্গে একটি পাত্রে গুলিয়ে ভাজি করার জন্য কড়াইয়ের ভেতর দিয়ে দিলাম।

## ধাপ:২
ডিমটি একটু ভাজি হয়ে গেলে এর ভিতর পেঁয়াজ কুচি, মরিচ কুচি,জিরার গুঁড়া, গরম মশলার গুঁড়া, শুকনা মরিচের গুঁড়া,হলুদ, লবণ একসঙ্গে দিয়ে অল্প জালে কিছুটা সময় ভাজি করে নিলাম।

এরপর যখন এগুলো ভাজি হয়ে গেল এর ভিতর তখন ভাত দিয়ে দিলাম। এখানে একটু খেয়াল রাখতে হবে ভাতগুলো যেন দলা দলা না থাকে।ভাতগুলো একটু ঝুরঝুরে করে নিতে হবে। এটার কারণে ভাত গুলো ভালোভাবে ভাজি করা যাবে।

কিছুটা সময় ধরে ভাতগুলো ভালোভাবে নেড়েচেড়ে দিলাম। যখন দেখলাম ভালোভাবে মসলা গুলো ভাতের সাথে মিশে গিয়েছে তখন কড়াই থেকে ভাত ভাজি একটি পাত্রে নামিয়ে রাখলাম এবং ফাইনালি সন্ধ্যার নাস্তার জন্য খাবার গুলো পরিবেশন করলাম এবং নিজের তৈরি রেসিপি ফটোগ্রাফি করলাম।

আপনারা সন্ধ্যার সময় আমার মত রেসিপি তৈরি করে খেতে পারেন। কারণ ঘরে যদি কোন কিছু তৈরি করে খাওয়া হয় সেটা স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য খুব ভালো। বর্তমান আমাদের বেশিরভাগ শরীর খারাপ করে থাকে বাইরে খাবার খাওয়ার কারণে। তাই বাইরের খাবার না খেয়ে বাড়িতে সুন্দর সুন্দর রেসিপি তৈরি করে সেগুলো খাওয়া উচিত।

I ordered their famous beef pulao, which was cooked to perfection. The rice was flavorful, and the tender beef added a nice touch. I also ordered a side of raita to complement the dish, and it was equally tasty.

After enjoying my meal, I snapped some pictures to remember the moment. It had been a long day, starting from 11 AM at the convocation ceremony and ending at 6:30 PM when I finally arrived home. But the tasty lunch was definitely worth it!

ধান বাংলাদেশের প্রধান কৃষিজাত ফসল ও প্রধান খাদ‍্যশস‍্য। ধান থেকে চাল পাওয়া যায় ; চাল থেকে ভাত পাওয়া যায়। সকালে আমি এবং একজন জন নিয়ে ধানের জমিতে পৌছালাম। তারপর দুজন মিলে জমিতে নিড়ানি শুরু করলাম। কীটনাশক ব‍্যবহার করেও জমির ঘাস দূর করা সম্ভব।

ধানের চারা রোপনের পর ১০- ১২ দিন ছিপছিপে রাখতে হয়। যাতে ধানের নতুন শিকর গজাতে সুবিধা হয়। এর পর কম পানি থাকলেও তেমন কোন অসুবিধা হয় না। পোকামাকড় ও রোগবালাই দমনের জন‍্য জমি নিয়মিত জমি পরিদর্শন করতে হবে। তারপর রোগের ধরন দেখে কীটনাশক প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।ধান নিড়ানির আগে জমিতে জমির পরিমাপ অনুসারে প্রয়োজনীয় সার প্রয়োগ করলাম। ধানের ফলন বৃদ্ধি করতে হলে প্রয়োজনে কৃষি কর্মকর্তার পরামর্শ দিতে হবে। 


দুজন মিলে কাজ করতে গিয়ে কাজ শেষ করলাম দুপুর এর দিকে। জনকে ৪০০ টাকা মজুরি দিলাম। আশা করি আমার লেখাটি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে। সবাই ভালো থাকবেন,সুস্থ থাকবেন। আবার দেখা হবে আরেক একটি নুতন পোষ্ট নিয়ে

আজ পৃথিবী থেকে হারিয়ে গেছে এই ঢেকি শিল্প।এক সময় বাংলার প্রতিটি বাড়িতেই ছিল এই ঢেকি। তবে সময় এবং কালের বিবর্তনে আজ এই ঢেকি শিল্প প্রায় বিলুপ্তির পথে। এখন তেমন একটা দেখা যায় না এই ঢেকি শিল্প। আধুনিকতার ছোঁয়া পেয়ে এবং আধুনিক মেশিনের কারণে আজ এই শিল্প আমাদের মাঝে থেকে বিদায় নিয়েছে।এক সময় ঢেকি শিল্প দিয়ে আটা, ধান, গম, ভুট্টা ইত্যাদি আরো অনেক কিছু ভাঙ্গানো হতো মাত্র একটি ঢেকিতেই। কিন্তু বর্তমানে সব গুলোর জন্য আলাদা আলাদা আধুনিক মেশিন বের হয়েছে। আর এখন কার মানুষ শ্রম ব্যয় করতে চান না, তাই তারা আধুনিক মেশিন দিয়ে সকল কাজ সম্পন্ন করেছেন।ঢেকি শিল্প ব্যবহার করতে হলে একটু একটু শ্রম ব্যয় করতে হয়।

বেশ কিছুদিন আগে আমি আমার আম্মু কে পিঠা বানানোর জন্য বলছিলাম। তখন আম্মু আমাকে বললো বর্তমান আটা নেই, আটা বানাতে হবে।তাই আমার আম্মু পরদিন ঢেকিতে আটা বানানোর জন্য প্রস্তুতি নেয়। আম্মুর ঢেকিতে আটা বানানোর কথা শুনে আমি অনেক খুশি হলাম, কেননা অনেক দিন ধরে ঢেঁকিতে আটা বানানো দেখিনি। এরপর আম্মু আঁটা তৈরি করার জন্য কিছু পরিমাণ চাল পানিতে ভিজিয়ে রাখলো।

এরপর চাল গুলো বেশ কিছুক্ষণ ভিজিয়ে রাখার পর, চাল গুলো ঢেকির নোটের মধ্যে ঢেলে দিলো। এখন একজন মানুষ ঢেকি চাপার জন্য ঢেকির পিছনে যায়, এবং ঢেকিটি আস্তে আস্তে চাপতে থাকে।আর আমার আম্মু আঁটা গুলো নেড়ে দিচ্ছিল এবং কিছু পরিমাণ গুড়ো আটা চালন দিয়ে চালাচ্ছিল। আসলে দীর্ঘ দিন পর এরকম দৃশ্য দেখতে আমার অনেক বেশি ভালো লেগেছে।

আসলে মেশিনের আটার থেকে ঢেকির আটার স্বাদ একটু বেশি পাওয়া যায়। মেশিনের আটা দিয়ে সব রকম পিঠা হয় না। অপরদিকে ঢেকিতে তৈরি করা আটা দিয়ে সব রকম পিঠা খুব সহজেই তৈরি করা যায়। মেশিনের থেকে ঢেকিতে আটা তৈরি করতে একটু বেশি সময় লাগে।আর মেশিনের মধ্যে আটা তৈরি করতে তেমন একটা সময় লাগে না, তৎক্ষণাৎ হয়ে যায়।

বেশ কিছুক্ষণ এর মধ্যেই আটা গুলো তৈরি হয়ে যায়। পাঁচ কেজি চালের আটা তৈরি করতে প্রায় বিশ মিনিট সময় লেগেছে। ঢেকিতে কোন রকম খরচ ছাড়াই আটা গুলো তৈরি হয়ে যায়।আর ঢেকির আটার মধ্যে কোন রকম ভেজাল নেই, একদম খাঁটি চালের আটা। আসলে এই ঢেকিটি আমার দাদা সর্ব প্রথম বসিয়ে ছিল। তখন থেকে আর ঢেকিটি তোলা হয়নি। আসলে বাহির থেকে কোন আত্মীয় স্বজন বেড়াতে আসলে এই ঢেকির ছবি তুলে নিয়ে যায়। যতদিন পর্যন্ত এই ঢেকির কাঠ গুলো নষ্ট হবে না, ততদিন পর্যন্ত এই ঢেকি না তোলার ইচ্ছা আছে আমার আম্মুর।


আমি সব সময় গ্ৰাম এলাকার সৌন্দর্য গুলো আপনাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করবো।

How are my steemit friends today, are you okay, I hope that all my friends are always in good health and always successful.

As a woman, we must be able to cook various kinds of delicious dishes and that can start from cooking rice with a process that is tastier and different from others, such as just cooking white rice.

In the process of cooking yellow rice, we have to provide all the natural spices we need so that it can give a different and delicious taste when we eat it.

From what I can tell, this is one of the many dishes that is easier to cook and I don't feel tired when completing the task of cooking the yellow rice and the results are like in the picture.

I and two of my colleagues arrived at Qisa-Khwani restaurant around 10 o'clock at night. It was raining lightly outside, and it was a winter night. This is on February 3, 2024. I had already told them that on that day night we will have dinner somewhere before leaving. Which will be good for us. They agreed and obviously there was no point in not agreeing.

We did a deal order which we found to be very reasonable at very good prices. In which there was at least one test of almost all the famous dishes of the restaurant. And there was more.
I remember very well that our fingers were burning while digging into these hot foods, but the intensity of hunger that was due to the long wait, and secondly the cold outside. We didn't even realize that we were eating extremely hot food easily. And it was fun. There was no pain.
