Coin-Doubler + Sock Puppet accounts
Just wondering if anything can be done about Coin-Doubler and the many sock puppet accounts associated with it to provide proof for unsuspecting users.

Most of these sock puppet posts say they got double their STEEM back in just 56 days. However, looking through the transactions of users who have sent over their STEEM, NOBODY gets their initial investment back in 56 days, never mind double the amount. The returns start off looking promising, but the amount quickly declines every few days until they are left with a drip feed of tiny fractional amounts each day.

I'd like to know how long it takes someone to get double back because I guarantee it isn't 56 days like all the sock-puppet accounts promote. I bet it takes years!

It's just a dishonest, manipulative and spammy service and not the sort of thing that new users need to see. It's a terrible service that makes Steemit look bad.

Most people know that the promise of double your coins back is the No.1 scam used by criminals in the Crypto space. Well, most people, except for new people who are exploring crypto for the first time. These are the people they are targetting, and it's disgusting behaviour that gives all crypto a bad name.

I can't speak for everyone here, but I don't think this spammy coin doubling is good for Steemit. Any service that makes Steemit look bad shouldn't be allowed.

Report 89 : Plagiarism Report - "Steem Alliance" Community
<div class="text-justify">

When we include an image or article owned by a person/site in our own post, crediting the owner with the name or source link purifies the image or article we use. But if we use someone else's text or image without giving any credit to its owner or continue as our own, then it is plagiarism.

I worked in "Steem Alliance" community for 1 week. "Steem Alliance" community is currently a popular community across steemit. Members from different communities are posting in this community. The more posts in that community. Good reward is available. The more people do plagiarism in that community. I shared the things. I noticed in the last 1 week in the "Steem Alliance" community.

Communities Have Tight Control Over Plagiarism || But who controls the Free Zone ||
<div class="text-justify">

**Hello I hope you are well. Each community has its way of combating plagiarism and spam content, either by silencing or expelling the user from the community. Most of these accounts that make this type of content are usually bots or multi-accounts of an active user.**

![Bitcoin gains strength despite the crisis (2).png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQZKf9qDXKDxukp9jA5sq6j6NgBwwpkd2gXa7xgsxs7MG/Bitcoin%20gains%20strength%20despite%20the%20crisis%20(2).png)

<center><em>Made In Canva</em></center>|

With what intention are these accounts plagiarized? Normally it is to earn easy money without much effort since steemit has always existed, there have been users who come to Steemit with that intention. Many have tried to do this type of crime in the communities to receive a vote in favor. Previously, the communities did not have an advanced system of tools that would easily detect plagiarism since these users are very skilled at modifying keywords.

With the advent of advanced tools, the communities feel empowered to combat plagiarism by delegating responsibility to a group of moderators who are in charge of being aware of the fact that the curator is not going to vote for said content, but there are always one or two publications that the detectors do not detect plagiarism and that is something inevitable.

<center><h4>How plagiarism can be slowed down a bit</h4></center>|
|-|

I am one of the users who supports the project to combat plagiarism and spam content that is sent daily to the platform, I am also one of those who think that a working group without power cannot combat plagiarism, it is as if Batman were wandering around the street without the Batmobile and Iron Man fighting without his suit with artificial intelligence.

It is true that in the past many projects were financed with the delegation of the old steemit team and many of them abused the trust they would receive to self-vote in their account for comments that reached 50 Steem. But now I think it's different. I believe in a person who can be delegated this type of responsibility because he has shown that he has the necessary confidence to be a team leader.

@rex-sumon is a member of the Indian community and in his two years on the platform he has done a great job together with a group of friends that if I named him the list would be a bit long, he is currently the leader of @steemwatcher if my The information is correct, behind it there is a good consolidated work team and it has the support of the community leader @rme. But I think that this is not enough!!.

@steemwatcher can fight plagiarism and spam in communities by warning their user leaders who are committing this type of crime, but it doesn't have the power to fight farming outside of communities, which is a favorite area for plagiarists and spammer.

<center><h4>Charity fit for a cleaner platform</h4></center>|
|-|

The Indian community leader has been trying to improve Steemit for a couple of months or more by supporting the project of his own free will without receiving anything in return, doing everything possible to encourage new investors and developers to join Steemit. But to achieve that goal you have to have a platform clean of spam and plagiarism.

I propose @rme and @blacks to create an anti-plagiarism account with enough power to stop the accounts that are farming and delegate all responsibility to @rex-sumon as Steemwatcher leader with the intention of removing the reward that they have already earned without any effort. that said reward affects the daily reward fund and makes the voting power weigh less every day and our publications lose 10% of their value when they expire.

Keeping the users who farm down guarantees economic stability to the steem ecosystem and a lot of liquid Steem will stop leaving the platform. to stop this the price of steem will gradually increase its value because it opens less liquid output from the platform, not to mention that our voting power will increase in value.

In the past, this type of strategy was very successful and I think that this type of project could also be feasible today and I have faith that this time it will be very different.

World of spam
Spam is a term used to describe unsolicited or unwanted messages, typically sent in bulk. While spam can take many forms, including email, SMS messages, and social media posts, it is often associated with email spam, which has been a problem since the early days of the internet.

The world of spam is vast and complex, with a range of techniques and technologies used to send and distribute these messages. Some spammers use botnets, networks of infected computers that can be controlled remotely, to send out spam messages. Others use phishing techniques to trick users into revealing personal information, which can then be used for spamming purposes.

One of the most common types of spam is email spam, which typically consists of unsolicited messages that are sent out to a large number of recipients. These messages often contain advertisements for products or services, or they may contain links to malicious websites. Email spam can be extremely annoying and time-consuming to deal with, and it can also pose a security risk if the messages contain links to malware or phishing websites.

To combat email spam, many email providers have implemented filters that automatically block or move suspected spam messages to a separate folder. These filters use a range of techniques to identify and block spam, including analyzing the content of messages, checking sender reputation, and using machine learning algorithms to identify patterns in spam messages.

In addition to email spam, there are other types of spam that can be even more insidious. For example, SMS spam can be particularly disruptive, as it can clog up users' phones with unwanted messages. Social media spam, such as fake accounts or spammy posts, can also be a problem, as it can spread misinformation and undermine the integrity of online communities.

Overall, the world of spam is a complex and ever-evolving ecosystem, with spammers constantly developing new techniques and technologies to evade filters and reach their intended targets. While technology can help to mitigate the impact of spam, it is ultimately up to individuals and organizations to stay vigilant and take steps to protect themselves against unwanted and potentially harmful messages

I worked in "Steem Alliance" community for 1 week. "Steem Alliance" community is currently a popular community across steemit. Posting in this community is currently blocked for general members And now the admin/mod of different communities are posting. Still I checked many posts. To be careful. I have not found plagiarism or copyright in any post. This is a good point.

I have been working on plagiarism checker in this community since long 3-4 months. Almost every week some plagiarism, repeat, copyright post was found. But this week I did not find any kind of plagiarism, repeat, copyright post. This is a big achievement for a community. Every community needs to be transparent at all times It increases community reputation And the Steem alliance community has been opened to unite the entire community of steemit. Hope no bad post will be found from this community. This week has been clear. The rest of the week will be the same.

I try to do my job properly. It sometimes causes mistakes by me Only humans are fallible. As I check manually. So it is normal for me to make mistakes. I apologize for any mistake made by me.

Area of new posts free of communities the favorite for spammers

Hello friend, I hope you are well. Today on the platform there are many users who arrive disoriented and others who are newcomers and already know all the basics that are required to publish and even surprise us with the quality of the publication.

When I see this, I think that this slope has an active user behind that account because the reality is that when we first met steemit we didn't have the slightest idea of how to use Markdown and the commands to use. But there is also the possibility that another steemit user is slowly teaching you what is required to get started.

<center><h4>Spam free zone</h4></center>|
|---|

If you go to the section of new publications that are not writing in any community, you can see the amount of spam and plagiarism that occurs there, why do they publish there? because it is the easiest way to do these misdeeds since no moderator of any community is going to give you a warning.

Since I've been on steemit, this area has always been the favorite part of these users since they are free to do what they please, there are some orca that I don't want to say their names to avoid retaliation against me who write a point in a comment and 5 steem votes are given.

Let's see this, an idea occurs to me that I will publish it tomorrow more calmly and the publication will be focused on that particular topic. If I tell you the truth and my honest opinion, I don't see the point of steemwatcher, what do they do by giving warning and pointing out plagiarist users if they can't take the reward away from those users who don't deserve it. For steemwatcher to be a powerful tool, enough delegation is required to completely stop plagiarists and spammers, this topic is the one I will talk about tomorrow.

Report 87 : Plagiarism Report - "Steem Alliance" Community
<div class="text-justify">

Posting to this community is currently closed to general members. Two were posted by a common member. Now admin and moderator of every community are getting opportunity to post here basically. I have checked all posts for last 1 week. But I have not seen any kind of abuse. The community was completely transparent this week. This may be my last report for this community. I served the steem alliance community for about 3 months. It's great to work in this community.
