I've been trying similar long intervals, but don't have a good flat place for it. It would be interesting to see how u do on a track. Do you find you can get a better pace there? I'm trying to improve my parkrun time, but may do some longer events. I half contemplated joining a club, but not sure I can commit to it when I have music stuff going on.
