NGC 6872 »şţӗӗmiţ«

<p>This is NGC 6872 or also called the Condor Galaxy, a beautiful barred spiral that at first glance attracts the look by its two incredible elongated arms that come off the central bar. But the most impressive of NGC 6872 is that from end to end reaches the incredible diameter of 520 000 YEARS LIGHT, making it one of the largest known spiral galaxies.</p>
<p>It is located about 212 million light years from Earth in the constellation Pavo.</p>
