I think several of the DApps listed in the post are quire innovative. Plus, once SMTs launch - I believe the number of entrepreneurs and developers building on Steem will go up exponentially.

Oh yeah, there's definitely a lot of innovation; I just feel we haven't yet had that *one* DApp that just perfectly fits the Steem blockchain just yet and really hits the public. In a way, that just shows how much of an infant this whole thing is -- it's exciting, really. A lot of things can happen real soon.
