## I'm not going to upvote you 🐋  Do it yourself! #1

This was a very easy contest to enter.  People watched a 5 minute video of Tim Allen on some late night show.  Then they sent me an email with answers related to the video.  Entries also wrote a bit about why they wanted to "vote like a whale" and I concentrated on that answer the most in considering candidates for the prize. 

Winners generally get anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours of time with my votes trailing theirs.   I got the idea from the steemit hard fork that did not go through.  It was supposed to include a way to delegate voting power to minnows.  I wanted to do that, so I found a program that would accomplish that goal.
