I had a pretty good handle on who really owns and controls what, but good to see it all laid out clearly for everyone to read. Steemit will ultimately be replaced by a future version of steemit which will be quite different. Steemit is adaptable and the dev team can do the adapting. Add some marketing and steemit 2019 will look quite different from steemit 2016. Steem on!

I thought I had a good handle on it, until I started to research this article. I was aware of the Steemit situation and only semi-aware of the Steem situation.
