It's the 2nd day of our re-launch! Just a little back story, it was 3 months ago when we had to temporarily close our shop due to the pandemic. It was a terrible time to keep our business running and also very difficult for our staff but we had no choice. Our local government had to make a tough decision to lock down the city to prevent the further increase of infection.

It was the first of June 2020 when the quarantine rules were modified and allowed the business to operate under tight rules. After a few days of learning about the requirements, we worked on finding ways to cope up with the new normal. After practicing our routine for a week, we decided to re-open and partnered with their party delivery service since we are not allowed to accept dine-in customers yet.

We started rolling in pastries as our first product launch and today we made this amazing "big fat chunky chocolate chip and dip cookies"!
