There are thousands of different vineyards located around the U.S, with many of them being located on the West Coast in California, Washington, and Oregon.
There are something like 25,000 different farms growing grapes in the U.S. at the moment for either wine, raisins, or table grapes. California alone is seen to produce about 90 percent of all U.S. wine as it alone has over 4,000 different wineries.
And the country overall makes up about 8 percent of the world's wine production.
As legalization of cannabis has continued to spread across the U.S., a number of vineyard owners have been looking to do things a little differently.
And that means that more of them have been opting to get into the cannabis business by looking to establish weed destinations rather than your typical winery estate.
In order for any person to succeed in running or starting a business, certain concepts have to be understood. Opening a business is not supposed to be 'fun'! It is gruelling and extremely time-consuming especially at first.
The modern world has become very rushed and time does not wait for anybody. For many, the task of surviving, never mind starting a business is too much.
Time truly is a factor in modern life, especially for persons already employed who want to try a business venture.
When we started out we had to sacrifice so much, I remember thinking to myself before we ever thought about having our own business, that I needed to make sure my holidays were in for certain days so that I could watch my sports team play because I never wanted to miss a game!
If you are looking to purchase a drone, you could be looking to spend anywhere between a few hundred to several thousand dollars, depending on what you want to go with. And the tech company DJI has just introduced a much smaller drone than many of the others; going to be sold for roughly $500.
The new drone is expected to arrive in June and it's going to be one of the easiest drones for consumers to operate.
At the moment, some of the drones can be quite difficult for consumers to learn how to operate. What many want is just an easy tool that they can take out of the box and start using, many people don't want to have to invest a lot of time in learning how to fly etc before they can use their drone.
Well, this new DJI Spark drone is said to be so easy that it doesn't require any training in order to u
The Steem platform is undergoing some very interesting changes with the Hard fork around the corner. Dubbed the so-called 'equality' fork, this aims to change the curation curve in order to become more linear, meaning your stake in Steem (SteemPower) will have a much better proportional weight.
For new users, this means that your vote, that was almost weightless before will be strengthened. Since new accounts now receive a slight Steem delegation, this can serve as a very good motivating factor to stay on the platform and make your mark
@steemitblog has the latest in developments
As demonstrated by the above, The price of the Steem Dollar has experienced quite a successful period, seeing the price rise on average.
As with any business or market, a price increase will always attract attention. More users
We were called in to help convert a garage into a man-cave. As you can tell by the hideous green colored wall, a face-lift was sorely needed - unless he enjoyed the mockery of his buddies on gameday. As is the case with most garages, it's a pretty easy job. Access is great as you can back the truck right up to the project and it's more protected from the weather than a fully exterior job. We don't usually use a planetary grinder for small jobs like this but hey, not complaining; it's a fun piece of equipment to run!
The colors certainly aren't what I would have chosen, but hey, the custome
The Federal Reserve has done it again!
In the video below, I outline for you what just happened (as I predicted would happen again earlier in the week), with regard to actions from the Federal Reserve.
Do not miss this.
In a survey that was recently conducted by HSBC, it was found that consumers are about twice as likely to trust a robot to perform a heart surgery on them, than they are to trust a robot to pick a savings account for them. Bank officials admit that they found the results to be rather odd.
The survey that they conducted included at least 12,000 respondents from roughly 11 different countries around the world.
Roughly 7 percent of the respondents said that they would trust a robot to take charge of their personal savings. Compare that to the 14 percent that were seen in favor of allowing a robot to conduct a heart surgery for them.
The same survey found that most people see technology as increasing their standard of living in making their lives easier. But they aren't as eager to embrace that technology in some areas, like their savings account, this survey would suggest.
Results also showed that less than h
In the video below, I cover a particular stock market phenomenon which just happened again! And it is something that we must all pay attention to.
Do not miss this one!
In the video below, I cover the recent China debt downgrade, (the first time in 30 years), what's happening with housing, the stock market, bonds, more! Enjoy.
The theater was MEGABOX.
In South Korea, theaters is getting bigger, the screen is getting wider and the sound quality is getting better and better. I went to see Rise of the Guardians and Alien: Covenant to the theater. The theater was new so all things were clean. I watched the movies in MX room.
MX is a screen room that specialized for sound and audio system. I don't know how many speakers were there. I just remember there were many speakers. More than 8 speakers were on both side walls and more than 5 speakers were under the screen
If you've been around in crypto for any period of time, you probably know what's up with Ethereum.
However, as much hunch to get into blockchain technology has well-paid off and I've begun sharing more with friends and family, I've realized the answer to,
what is Ethereum is more detailed and complex than perhaps suitable for a short conversation, requiring a well-laid-out presentation of fundamental information that I simply don't have the time and patience to go into again-and-again.
As such, the following is written to provide leverage as a resource to share with people who have never heard of Ethereum nor understand what it is and what its implications are.
If you do know why Ethereum is the bomb-diggy, I suggest reading this anyways for a fresh perspective. You might still learn a couple new things, and if you like the overview, feel free to share it with any friends or family if you feel it'd be of value as a thorough yet straightforward explanation and introduction of Ethereum to them.
Minimalist people are often more productive than those who aren't minimalist. I didn't believe this at first, but then I got so fed up with having so much stuff. That once I started getting rid of it, I realized how being a minimalist can make a difference.
I love to To-Do Lists, But they can also get out of hand fast. People add 5,000,000 tasks to them. And they'll be lucky if they even get half of them done.
We feel defeated because of it. And sometimes it gets to the extent that we don't even want to look at our lists anymore.
Become a minimalist with your to-do lists, By putting on what is necessary! Tasks that have to be done. You can also include a mini list nearby of
bonuses. This is a great tactic I use, so I know that if I get d
Today the S&P 500 nudged yet another record high, but what may lie ahead?
Have a look at this chart below.
This is a six month daily chart of the S&P 500, nothing really sticks out does it?
But let's look closer. (Chart under this one)
The chart above is again the same chart of the S&P 500 6 month daily (top chart) however, what have done with this chart is outline for you the current price channel, I have also circled the most recent price action which is very close to the top of the channel.
Now it is possible that we do break out above the top of this channel however, a more likely scenario is that we hit it then balance lower. (If this does not happen, well keep on reading!)
As most of you know who follow my work, I am
In the video interview below, David and I cover issues across the spectrum. Don't miss this!
T'is an interesting world we're living in, with all these funky corporate and legal systems, and the fascinating acceleration of technology becoming available.
Recently, I saw a commercial on TV for Ancestry - a service offered for $99 that you can submit a DNA sample to receive your genetic ancestral history. Give 'em your DNA, and they'll give you your family tree. I thought it was a pretty cool idea and was kind of interested. Thankfully, I procrastinated on that.
Turns out, when you give them your DNA, you give them your DNA. As in, the full rights to it.
