Since Airbnb first emerged, a number of different jurisdictions have been battling with it and many people have grown to either love or hate the new P2P vacation rental platform. It seems like the platform has something for everyone in the abundance of properties that are hosted on the site, from over 100 different countries around the world.
Last summer is when the company became a target of the Federal Trade Commission and 3 senators called for an investigation into Airbnb and their costs. And other representatives have also been fighting hard against Airbnb, proposing a bill that would offer steep fines for anyone who is breaking zoning rules and others.
I wanted to share it here. I made sure to take some screenshots throughout the process so you can see the WIP. :)

Unfortunately I did not get many photos of the frame progress as I was pissed off the entire time I was creating it because it wasnt coming out how I had planned.
But here is the finished tee:
In case you hadn't figured it out. I had some famous inspiration for this tee shirt. The American Gothi
The drop in soda consumption has been regarded as the single most significant change to the average American diet over the past decade.
Many health experts maintain that soda isn't the best option to go with for a drink if you are looking to foster optimal health. And researchers have recently sought to further investigate the possible link between soda consumption and the brain to find out if there is any cause for concern.
For their study they invo
It is reported that it only took a few weeks for the village to go completely cashless, with thousands of people being trained in how to make digital transactions.
The village amazingly doesn't even have a mobile tower, but they sought to overcome the shortcomings through innovation; they established a new Wi-Fi internet facility along with help from the telecommunications company BSNL.
It wasn't the only award that the PM had to give away either. There was a total of 12 re
We have seen it in the healthcare field, in electronics, on bike helmets, even in the fashion industry. It really seems like graphene has no limits and there are still many people around the world who have yet to learn about this amazing material and all that it can offer.
To try and fill that gap, a new National Graphene Association (NGA) has been formed to try and spread awareness about the material throughout the US market and to promote American graphene.
The association was launched by an Oxford-based company,New Media Lab LLC,
I spent an hour with Seth Godin, over Skype video, interviewing him for my podcast (episode yet to come).
Making my podcast is like getting coaching sessions with my heroes. Here's what I learned talking to Seth Godin.
I felt like a failure,he said. He also published books like The Smiley Dictionary and Email Addresses of the Rich & Famous for years before his first hit (Permission Marketing)
Mastercard is looking to link your fingerprint to your credit card with their new concept that has been unveiled this week. The corporation is looking to use fingerprint scanners on its upcoming cards so that users can 'safely verify' their identity whenever they are making purchases in the store.
They point out that the fingerprint isn't something that can be replicated or taken and so because of these reasons it offers more safety. But internet security experts have previously pointed out the shortcomings of biometric identification security systems that use fingerprints to gain access.
I work a very open schedule. As an entrepreneur and business man, I enjoy the qualities of the business more than the monetary rewards. Obviously a good company will be rewarded for its products and services. Here though, I am just a member of the community at #steemit trying to find my place. Trials and errors, mistakes carry me onwards towards success. Spent the better part of the last two weeks in Canada doing some business and managed to earn myself some bitcoin through consultations as well as affiliate work. Being playful in the blockchain community. I end up talking about and introducing so many new people to this wonderful social playground we call Steemit. An experiment in business, finance, social community and open and transparent ledger systems. Many people are curious as I share with them the wallets and the credit cards. Leaving them with so many questions.... I always point them here. A supportive place to learn and grow with blockchain.
I’ve noticed something interesting in business. Those who work hard, put in the hours, connect with the right people, and master essential market-valuable skills succeed. Those who are lazy or make excuses fail. Those who hustle tend to succeed more.
So how can you develop a hustler mindset? How can you strengthen your “hustle muscle?” Here are 6 choices that might just be that whack upside the head you need today:
Step #1 - Observe Check out what is going on around you. I’ve read about fighter pilots who constantly stress the importance of “situational awareness.” Know what is happening around you. Listen. Look. Be attentive to what is happening to avoid dangers. Remember the greatest danger is ignoring a danger.
Step #2 - Develop your plans Develop a bite size plan that is actionable now. Too often we try to develop the entire plan. That can lead to the old analysis by paralysis. Have a good long-term idea of
I'm embarrassed to admit it. But I am 24 and have NEVER owned a car.
It makes me pretty sad. I always pictured myself driving around at the age of 16 loving life.
But when I was told I would have to completely pay for my own, Using my sweeper job money. I realized it was out of reach. Throughout my life, I have saved. And a few times I've come close to getting myself a car. But something has always come up.
Later on, I became self-employed. And now more than ever a car looks like a luxury item.
Salt Lake City Utah.
But I don't live right in the city. I live in one of the smaller
cities that ties into Salt Lake. I won't say which one because it's not very big.
I'm not in one of those rural areas either.
So surviving is difficult sometimes. I steal rides from friends or family occasionally. But I owe my carless success to my
The US Marine Corps is allegedly looking to start using disposable drones in order to deliver supplies to different areas, according to a recent report from IEEE Spectrum. These disposable drones are engineless drones that can provide efficient and tactical air delivery assistance.
They are equipped with GPS in order to help them find where they are going.
These plywood disposable drones are cheap, able to carry about 700 pounds of supplies, and they would be able to be used in order to fly one-way cargo missions. The model itself is referred to as TACAD; Tactical Air Delivery. They'd use the disposable drone to deliver things like fuel, food, and water etc.
I used to be one of those people rolling my eyes at Shopify stores.
The whole thing sounded silly to me.
Finally, I started learning more about Shopify, And I fell in love with it.
What makes Shopify so beautiful is the apps.
You can find an app for almost any type of business.
I wanted my own Print On Demand store, But I didn't want to use those websites like Cafepress, Etc. That pay you like crap, Even if your lucky enough to get a sale!
There are apps for that on Shopify, Principal, Teelaunch. There are a ton of them, That will produce and ship all your products for you,
There are also other apps that will make all sorts of amazing products for you.
Apps that will help you manage your business inventory, The limits are endless.
I am also in the drop shipping business; I Also sell

Back in the late 1800's and early 1900's my Great Grandparents emigrated from Europe to the USA for economic opportunity like so many people did back then and continue to do today. My ancestors flourished, built successful businesses and lived great lives in the USA. Today the reality is more grim. My countrymen are taxed and charged fees for everything they do.
Being a small business owner in the US is turning into a bureaucratic nightmare. All people would like to do is operate a small business.
