I am a 24 year old girl from Germany living in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
I love traveling, learning new languages, doing yoga and getting in touch with people from all over the world.
The last two and a half years of my life I past my time working in receptive travel agencies, renting a room in Airbnb at home, spending my free time at hostels and helping out at a bar every once in a while in this beautiful Caribbean spot.
How did I get here? - Good question. In Germany we have the word “Fernweh” which basically means that you need to travel or need to be abroad. I have that a lot, so when I turned 18, after my graduation, I travelled for one year in Latin America. After that I decided to study tourism in a dual study and got a job offer at the agency in Playa del Carmen.
I got to know a lot of people and stories that’s for sure, and I love living in the Caribbean, but now Playa del Carmen feels like home to me, which me
Hello my friends, I've made a few posts here with what I deemed was the better content from my channel, and so far I'm really enjoying what I'm seeing (and constantly learning about Steemit). I keep comparing it to Reddit, but I think it's much better. If there's a chance to make money, that encourages some really creative people to come out and focus on what they truly desire.
I run an unorthodox vlogging channel, but I've always been interested in controversy and doing nonconformist things. I used to dabble with bitcoin and altcoin investments, made some pretty good profits on there and ever since then I've been following where crypto goes. It's funny how something like Dogecoin actually turned many eyes as soon as it was being pumped by whales. You never know when the next best thing will blow up, especially in this day and age.
Currently I'm pretty stressed out with life and I've got a lot
A lot of people know me as #tinfoilken since I tend to believe in a lot of conspiracy
theories like Bilderberg, Chemtrails (shout out to Erik Voorhees), perpetual War (shout out to Roger Ver), Gun Bans (shout out to Alex Jones), Internet Censorship (shout out to Jeff Berwick), Simulation Theory (shout out to Elon Musk) and of course all of the Energy and Finance cartels.
Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes its laws.
I started coding professionally in 1991 (DOS, dBase, etc) towards the end of my enlistment in the US Navy. I learned a lot about various hardware and software systems back then, and of course a lot about war (Desert Storm). What a senseless waste. When I got my Honorable Discharge in 1993 I started up my first software company (Line9) and invented the world's first
shopping cart and eBusiness software (Tek9 Pro). Amazon attacked me a
Hi My name is Sam Hamilton and I go by the artist name Toonpunk.
I mostly make cartoons, sometimes political, sometimes funny, mostly just about how I see the world.
I met @opheliafu at coinfestUK and she told me about Steemit so I thought I'd give it a go.
I've made a few posts and read some interesting articles but I'm still getting my head around how it all works so any tips would be most welcome.
Hello my friends....^^
오늘은 아내와 결혼한지 20년이 되는 날입니다...^^
퇴근하는 길에 꽃집에 들러서 꽃을 샀읍니다.
Today is the 20th anniversary of our marriage ... ^^
I stopped by the flower shop on my way home and bought flowers.
There have been pleasant days, and hard time also.
But there are more days left than the days passed ... . ^^
Just as we were willing to be together,
I hope we will continue to grow old and laugh together ... . ^^

I have been introducing new people to Steemit while staying in a hostel and have a new member to introduce to the Steemit community.
Staying in hostels while traveling is not only a great way to save money but it's also a fantastic way to meet interesting people who love to travel and a great way to discover new things to do and places to explore.
Travelers have great stories to tell and make interesting, new additions to Steemit and @lizanomadsoul has some amazing stories to share.
She is an amazing bartender working at the Hostel Rio where I'm staying in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and is about to embark on a 2-year world adventure.
Naturally, I mentioned Steemit to her and suggested she blog about her experiences. I mentioned @heiditravels and others on Steemit that blog about their travels and she really loved the idea as she was already going to start a blog about her adventures.
She speaks and writes in three languages; English, German, and Spanish so if you're part of Operation Translation on Steemi
I've never thought I'd be posting here. It was supposed to be just another step in my journey to the world of crypto.
I've set up a witness and miners using steemit as a source of knowledge (thanks for all great posts about that). I've successfully mined three blocks (yay!) and then the whole mine was blown up by some guy named Hard F. Fork. He was 17.
I don't know his middle name but I can guess ;)
Producing three blocks gave me something like
0.75 STEEM rewards in Steem Power. If only STEEM would be worth as much as Bitcoin... ;) But OK, mining STEEM for FUN (99.999%) and PROFIT (0.001%) was cool enough and more than nothing ;) I've decided that I would use my mineress account to write on Steemit!
Great idea. Login failed.
It took a while before I found instructions on how to set my keys to get in.
A week ago I've submitted [my first post](https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@decentra

So a bit about me, and how I got here!
At 14 years old I managed to blag my way as a volunteer at my local radio station, as a Tea boy and general dog’s body, on a poplar weekend show. As I was fascinated with this industry and watched how things are compiled and produced, until I finis
Just a quick intro going into a little more about me as a person, and explaining what I'll be doing from here.
If you all have any questions just ask away, and I always love criticism but let's keep it constructive.
By the way sorry about the cringe moments where the video is glitched, I don't know why that happened.
Well hello my name is Brody, I am a Youtuber, Cancer Survivor, editor, and Tall Canadian.
Just heard about this site last week decided to check out it. Need to get better at writing anyways. So I think I'm supposed to tell you guys about myself? This is something I struggle with to be honest. (btw thats my cat Hunter)
So first I am a Content creator on Youtube, have been since 2007. I don't consider myself successful. October will be my 10th year on the platform. I started off making Lego Stop Motion videos as a kid but now I am making Vlog and Skits/Sketch comedic videos. In three words to describe my channel would be, Canadian, Cancer, and Funny? It's a big part of my life. Hell! Almost half of my life I have been posting to Youtube. I am 21 by the way started when I was 12.
Another big part of my story is having a brain tumour right out of High school. I am very open about it and like
The vision for this idea is really large, however, it will start small and without using much resources. We will take advantage first, of what we already have: The existing Steemit.
This tiny idea, when it eventually starts full running; will hold its own steemit estate, when communities eventually becomes key on steemit.
The essence is to speed up new users up to steemit knowledge and strengthen our current steemit community and seamlessly solidify #steemitisbeautiful in the hearts of every steemian.
With even playful support from the steemit community, this is so possible.
NB: Methods will revolve around following action words:
proactive, passionately, down-to-earth, layman, acts of kindness, love, practice, fun, laughs, less rules, delegation, be yourself, make steemit a home, explore steemit.
Jag.officia1 here to Read, Write and make some Steem, who's with me??

I'm an educated, hard-working, thirty-something, mom of a wonderful whirlwind, fantastic, free- spirited and intelligent teenager! I love my family, laughing till it hurts, reading, learning by going out and living life, exploring, asking questions and most of all Writing. If, I get to help even one person evolve and heal I'm a little happier inside, it's better than any regular job can pay. By no means am I perfect, I learn everyday and still ask questions. I am a 16 year old from the Tampa Bay Florida area and I am brand new here. I am host of the radio show “We Are the Future with Jalen,” and it is all about inspiring and bringing hope to millennials. It is a wonderful thing to find your real purpose, your true destiny, and we can find it together!
Yes, the millennial generation has faced challenges of which older generations cannot relate.
Teenagers are faced with more peer pressure over sex, drugs, and alcohol, than ever before. Violence is at an all time high, appearing on social media, video games, movies and television. Many teenagers are spending most of their free time online on their phones texting, sexting, liking, scrolling, staring at a screen instead of interacting with real people. Kids are not learning the skills of communication and having real personal relationships. Self esteem of many kids is at risk
Hi dear Steemians, Today after 25 days of joining Steemit I wanna share my experience in this community with you. Hope you will love reading.
Did I liked Steemit?
Big Yes, Even I am ranking it as no.1 Social networking site and app..
Now haters may ask how I am judging it only using it for 25 days
Why I liked Steemit and Why ranking it as no. 1 Social networking
Well, I am an 18 years old student from India.. I like to know about things and people around this world. I am always curious to know about the lifestyle of people not only of those who surround me but also those are far apart me..I like to listen to people, observe them and learn. About three years ago when I entered social media, I had a very good time.. Spending time not only in my study but also in what's happening in my country as well as around the world has been a very learning experience. But the social networking apps and sites I am associated with never gave me this pleasure of interac
I have been on Steemit since August and I have yet to do a proper introduction. Partly because I've focused on other things, but mostly because I am not very good at this sort of thing. I guess now is as good a time as any, so sit back, and I'll give you a glimpse of who I am.
If you have been following me you will notice that I am kind of all over the place with my posts. Its a reflection of me and my 36 years being on this earth. I have many interest, so I write about many things, but before steemit I had never written anything. The thoughts I had stayed locked away in my head and Steemit was the key, but anyways I am getting sidetracked. I have lived most of my life in Kentucky, I did live in South Carolina and California for a while, but I have always found my way back to these mountains.
I am a simple man, I enjoy music, it has helped me through all the hard times in my life. Cars would be a close second, I love all types, but being in America I do favor American
Today i created some animated steembot gif's as my contribution to the crowdsourced marketing initiative that was announced by @zurvanic & @andrarchy.
Add a quote or a tagline if you wish and use them all over the internet to trigger curiosity.
You can easely download or embed them via Giphy - (thanks to @stellabelle for the tip!)
I have been lurking on steemit for quite a while now and am finally deciding to take the plunge and start creating content.
I am an aspiring investor and I really believe crypto and platforms like steem and bitshares are the future, but unfortunately I find that I cant get others to see the light! As with anything there are early adopters and I suppose we have to be patient... A flashier UI couldn't hurt though! (ahem, devs)
I started with Bitcoin, dipping my toes in the waters in 2014 but not for long, then kicking myself as I watched the price go up and up... and up. I did some research and found Ethereum and when I really understood what they are trying to do I was amazed at the endless possibilities that the technology could be applied to. However, reality is always lurking around the corner - I discovered how Ethereum (at least in its current state) can not sca
My name is Wilson Pontes and my internet nickname is willpekus. It's a mix of my name and a dog called Pekus that belonged to a Greek Warrior in 770 b. C. I live in a small town. There are some mountains and there are big flower plantations. Every year, our town makes a exhibition. So, there roses, orchids and others are presented. I'm a language teacher and I like to teach. My pupils are nice. Portuguese is the main language that I teach.I'm a translator too. I have a dog called Thor. I enjoy write blogs and do jobs at the internet. I receive works from Britain and American sites. I like social networks so much because we can meet different people, know new situations and much more. I have a dear friend here: @manandezo. My name is Jeff and thank you for creating this platform. It's great to be able to be in a community of choice and freedom to be able to share what each one of wants to share without being controlled with regard to content.
I'm a 50+ bloke who realised late in life that I was trapped in the mould of go to school-work hard-get good grades-go to college-get a good job-work for 40 hours/week for 40 years-retire and rot because the pension won't sustain me. Thank goodness I started to make decisions to extricate myself from this life just under 2 years ago because I have discovered a whole different focus of meaning since, mostly that of creating value for others and in so doing the universe reciprocates when other folk benefit from our endeavours.
Among my personal interests are reading, trout fishing, travelling, hiking, and the outdoors. I have 2 adult children starting out in their lives - I hope I can get through to them before they fall into the same trap as their parents did. Life is to be lived, n
I'm not a great pothead anymore, but ganja made me what I am today. Without my medications in the past I wouldn't be the great person, which I think I am and the creator of special content and mind-setting impulses of today. That's why I post this one with an introduceyourself tag.
