➡ 11/2 cup all purpose flour
➡ 1 tsp baking soda
➡ 1 tsp of salt
➡ 1 1/2 cup butter
➡ 1/2 cup sugar
➡ 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
➡ 1 egg
➡ 1 tsp vanilla extract
➡ 1 cup chocolate chips
Pre heat the oven 375 F line couple of baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl combined flour, salt, bakin soda set aside
Next, cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter and add the egg. Mix everythig well.
Using a small ice cream scoop, drop the dough in to the pan on top of the parchment paper. Flatten each one either with your finger or pork.

This is a simple recipe that I use frequently is healthy and suitable for those who like to eat healthy.
You just need 4 zucchini, 6 cherry tomatoes, a pinch of pepper, two leaves of basil and pasta with spelled or kamut. More healthy than normal pasta and with less calories.
While the pasta boiled chopped tomatoes and zucchini in organize small pieces and place in a pan with extra virgin olive oil (a spoon) and brown them well, put a pinch of pepper and when the pasta is cooked, pour in the dough.
