So how far can two overland monkeys with no maps get exploring the infamously labyrinthine roads of Mexico’s Copper Canyon region? It turns out that they can make it pretty far.
The Copper Canyon region actually consists of several different canyons covering an area approximately six or seven times larger than the Grand Canyon in the United States. Some of these canyons are deeper than the Grand Canyon as well. As you can imagine, the landscapes are rather dramatic.
Urique Canyon is the deepest of all the canyons in the region. With 1870m (6135′) variation in altitude from canyon floor to rim, we knew we would be in for some spectacular views. We navigated the same winding narrow road as we had the night before. In the early morning light, the views were more spectacular and the drive was far less daunting.

My dear Steemians,
Today I take the time to make tasty tacos, I have to say that it is the first time I tacos tacos.
And I think it will be a challenging task.
I have planned that my tacos be coated with homemade avocado cream and filled with feta, tomatoes, lettuce,
onions, peppers, garlic and turkey breast strips. For the few who do not like avocado, there are paprika fresh cheese.
Now let's start.
Meine lieben Steemians,
Nun lasst uns anfangen.
I’ve been pondering for a while how to get the posts that I select for the Ramble more support and upvotes. I really appreciate the people who click through and read the posts I’ve selected each day.
But, I’d like to be able to help more.
Each day, I try to find newer writers who have put up good posts but aren’t getting the upvotes they could. I look at a wide variety of posts while hunting for the ones I’m going to share in the Ramble.
Some that don’t make the Ramble still get an upvote from me. They have potential but just haven’t got to the level I am looking for.
Today I setup a Curation Trail on Streemian and I’m asking you to join it to help support the posts I upvote.
I know, most trails are about you making curation rewards. You may make some by joining but that is NOT my purpose in establishing this trail. The purpose is to support the authors.
And were back over +$1100
He touched on miners’ refusal to adopt SegWit saying it has nothing to do with whether or not they are Chinese. He said that the lack of opportunities among the community generally for collaboration and discussion to work out the differences is a major reason precluding Chinese miners from embracing SegWit.
Making SegWit activation happen has been a thorny and complicated issue more so considering accusations from both sides.
“It is hard to educate people about complicated topics and it takes an exponentially larger amount of time when more people are involved. Bitcoin is already complicated. SegWit and the scaling debate are even harder and more complicated. We need more time for better communication and understanding,” Lee says, reiterating his previous sentiment that he expects to see SegWit activated first, followed by a real hardfork for a block size increase rolled out afterward, hopefully in 2017.
